Morbid Angel (aside from Illud Divinum Insanus), Cannibal Corpse, Deicide and Death are obvious choices. But for me, overall I'd say Nile. BB related: Jon Vesano (ex Nile)  Eric Hoffman (ex Deicide)  QFT influential I'd say Death and Morbid Angel, but my personal favourites are Nile, although I once emailed their original drummer off Catacombs and he attributed a lot of their sound and influence to Morbid Angel, who's drummer he basically worships. Plus GOAT would have to be a Florida band not a South Carolina band I guess? P.s. I met Karl Sanders he was really cool! |

A pump makes your muscles bigger for an hour. Breaking down muscle fibres causes hypertrophy. Wether or not you have a pump has nothing to do with how much muscle fibres you have broken down.
Can nutrients be delivered to the muscle and muscle expansion occur without a half decent flow of blood to the muscle? Alternatively, can a really good pump, achieved by sets to failure, stretch to fascia of the muscle, as claimed by so many people, and achieve growth they way? Is there more than one way to skin a cat? |

I just believe this site could be so much more useful without all the whiney cuntz shot talking for no other reason thAn their own insecurities.
If all the haters and shit talkers put as much effort into lifting and working out as they do talking shit they would look better and have so much more to offer

He broke a bone behind his eye, gotta hurt! Bodybuilders make lousy fighters because 30 seconds in they would gas. Pudz, Sapp, even Shane Carwin gasses quick and he's a half decent fighter, just too damn big! You need shitloads of holds and bars and inventive shit up your sleeve once the "throw loads of big slow punches" plan doesn't work, which doesn't on most of the MMA world. |

When that Libya attacked happened and that Navy Seal got killed the media was all over it. They did features about navy SEALs, how amazing and elite they are and what a tragedy it was. The same about this new guy being killed at a gun range. But what they don't tell you is how the US military and government shits on them once they leave.
In San Diego there is a tent city near downtown where a lot of veterans go for shelter and free food after being forgotten by the government. One guy in particular was a Navy SEAL. He has PTSD and barely sleeps at night. He goes there for somewhere to sleep at night.
The media goes on and on about what amazing heroes they are yet you have people like the one mentioned about that no one gives a fuck about.
This shit makes me sick.
Not to mention the total lack of mentioning civilian and military deaths on the other side. Civilian deaths in Iraq and afghanistan are estimate at 500,000 fucking mental. |

I was dating this guy briefly a few years ago. He told me that he liked it when I ignored him and was really into games. When I went on a first date with him, I didn't talk to him for two weeks afterwards because I was still deciding if I wanted to see him again. Apparently he really liked that. So I decided to see him again and he wanted me to play the ignoring game. I told him I wasn't into games and showed him the door. A few months later I found a note on the windscreen of my car after gym with his phone number on it telling me to call him if I wanted to have coffee. I just threw it on the road and drove off.
Yeah that seems like he just wants occassional sex. If a guy actually likes a girl he does actually want to speak to her! |

Jimmy Canyon has an 8 pack, and if I am correct it makes his waist/torso look "long" or he has a long waist/torso.
I can't post pics but his abs are awesome, 8 pack is bad? And long torso is good for abs, just bad for lats and width. Ronnie and Arnold has short torsos, but 4 packs, so it's a trade off. |

By the way, the other woman sitting with her is actress Annette Benning, wife of Holywood's legendary scumbag Warren Beatty. Is that really Annette Benning? Can you really judge CT's intelligence from one interview? Is it her fault her mum killed her dad? |
