I am really tired of peeing constantly. I am going through two rolls of toilet paper per day.
I can't go more than ten minutes without having to go. I trained chest and delts today. Spent a third of the time peeing and washing my hands.
db chest presses x 5 sets
pec deck machine x4 sets
db shoulder presses (seated) x 4 sets
db lateral raises x 3 sets
I am doing cardio in just over an hour. It's outdoors so I am going to have to hold my bladder like I did yesterday. I will aim for an hour again.
Edit* Cancelled my brisk walk as my throat feels sore and I feel like I have some sinus thing happening. The flu is going around here...one of my girlfriends just got over it. I will go for my walk in the morning if I am up to it.
Sounds like maybe a bladder infection. The pollen is bad here I had a sore throat a couple of days but gone away now. Good to see you are back into training.
