^^^Looks like that one dude who keeps giving the black guy and black girl a hard time who almost got thrown into the zombie pit^^^
^^^I think Shane and the blond chick should have took off together after he banged her instead of killing off Shane. He was good on the show and they could have brought him back down the road^^^
x2. I blame Carl for his death
They HAVE to kill off one major character in the final 2 episodes, in order to have people talking.
My choices would be Carl, Carl, Glenn and Carl.

I am not one that normally posts on this board. I have been through things that , at the time seemed insurmountable. As if there was no escape. I have one sister who works at a church and is "born again." I have always been of the more logical mind. I have known many that find strength/peace/comfort through religion and belief in something greater. To me it seemed more of a "let me just give into passing off my problems to something else" rather than taking a time out and letting things settle. I had started to read the bible, went to several different churches to see how it felt and experience things I was possibly missing out on. I can't buy into much of the religious dogma, and that if you aren't this or that you are going to hell. For me when things are tough I look to what I have done, try to find my potential and look at the people that surround me (family, friends). I find what I am looking for more there, than from an ethereal entity. Know some of the uber religious right will say that God surrounded you with those people etc. Perhaps, I don't know. But I have seen so much pain in others, in the world, the hate that religion can bring and the best explanation I hear is "God works in mysterious ways." Sorry but that's not good enough. I could care less about religion. I care more about doing the better & right thing. Anyway, it's my two cents, maybe only worth one. Don't actively try to look for something. Butters is right, it will find you if it's meant to be.
Hi Miggles! I do believe that if BS "seeks (God) she will find." I also believe that even our faith is a gift from God and that He gives to those who He knows would truly want to believe. And as you know I hope that includes you some day. I also agree that man-made "religions" have caused a ton of pain and suffering. Christianity's (which I do not believe is man made) main theme is know Christ as Savior and help others. But as fallible humans we can screw anything up.

Hi BS, I'm sorry you are having such a bad time right now. Like loco said, some of us are praying for you. I believe that if someone is truly seeking God, they will "find" Him. Matthew 7:8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. My suggestion is that you pray to God and ask Him to show you He is real. I would do this continually if I were you and also like MOS and loco suggested, to read the book of John. It's good...not boring at all If you read it in "The Book" version it's like reading a regular book....but otherwise I like the New International Version as well. And please use caution when listening to people describe "religions" other than their own, as they can be woefully misinformed. ( Heck, even when people explain belief systems they accept as their own ---we can be misinformed on parts of those as well sometimes! That helps to confirm that we should read The Bible (or other books that belief systems are based upon) ourselves and do our own research and not merely take others at their word 100% of the time. BS, when you wonder if we are all there is have you ever wondered where we come from? Our consciousness, our sense of right and wrong, etc? There are a lot of old threads here you may find interesting. As the conversation progresses I may bump some you might find interesting.

Just got home from a date with a new broad. Long story short, this is the 2nd time i'm taking her ass out and her hair just looks oily? Not greasy but look like she doesnt wash it. So as an alpha male strong character i called her out on it. I said "I took a shower today, I loved it especially the special shampoo I used for my hair by the way what about yourself sweetheart?" 1/10 for subtlety

I expect people to behave much worse in a post apocalyptic world than mere zombies. And if you want to add the zombie concept for some reason, which I don't have a problem with, there are plenty of diseases, drugs, conditions to pick from.
Rami, you may like the book "One Second After" by William Forstchen. No zombies, but it's about emps knocking out power and communications (anything computerized is knocked out [most cars/transportation etc]) to the U.S. and the resulting breakdown of humanity/society and ensuing chaos. Life changes pretty fast when they can't get ahold of food, meds, etc. After the book lays the back story for the characters it gets pretty good.

Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Religious Debates & Threads / Re: "The Bible," a 10-part mini-series on The History Channel

It's a great series so far, but I see little things in it that aren't quite correct.....part 2 included Samson and Delilah and some of the things included weren't quite right according to scripture (ex: the series showed Delilah cutting Samson's hair, but Delilah didn't actually cut it in scripture).....not a big deal of course and doesn't alter the core of the story/message in anyway, but just little stuff like that. I understand they have to modify the story a bit to move it along.
Started to watch it the first night. After many well-regarded ministries endorsed it and it didn't follow scripture (exactly) it was kind of disappointing so I switched over to The Walking Dead. I'm recording the series though and plan to watch it sometime.

Maybe Princess or lulu or someone can comment on the tofu in that woman's diet? I think read here something about soy and estrogen and emotions perhaps she should completely cut out the tofu? I don't know.
Also, there are different versions of the pill...w/different levels of estrogen/progesterone and perhaps she can make and appt. w/her doctor and share her concerns regarding the possible side effects of her current pill.

Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Training Q&A / Re: What Exercises Are Going Increase/Decrease The Waist.

,butterface, ahem, butterbean This is interesting....so NO ab work whatsoever? Does every ab exercise increase the waist?
I am no trainer and I only did one figure show but here is how I see it: Any exercises that build muscle are going to make you look bigger in that area. If your midsection is blocky, I would not do any ab exercises if you want to compete. Smaller waists are usually rewarded if all other factors in two competitiors match up closely. Prior to my show I never really worked abs. During my prep, we did not do any ab work until 3 weeks before my show (we forgot). The only thing we did was a few sets of crunches probably about once or twice a week for 3 weeks. If you are lean, your abs will show. So there was hardly any ab work, but they became very visible when the fat came off. As for the guy that Yev posted above Jay, I am no expert, but that guy looks to be some percentage points higher in body fat than Jay and has some other differences that blur his definition. Abs showing is mainly diet imo. I've got abs right now...they are just under a huge layer of fat And BS, I saw your before pic and you have made a great improvement in your legs. Good work!! If you feel you must do abs for back support or whatever...def no oblique stuff.
