Just wanna feel some negative or positive feedback. I love it all, but I'm still wanting to know; just to see where I'm on the GetBig attention stage. Where would anybody rate me if they saw my posts, body or anything they know about me. Im dying to know, so bring it. Even if nobody gives a shit, I wanna hear it.  Really,... Im just about to go workout, so I need something to feed on. I hope its all negative!

Iran or where ever the hell it is, should be call total access; because of the amount of steroid, you can get over there without a problem. If I wanted to be an IFBB pro I'll just move out of the country and visit time to time when I do contests. How hard is that?

Does everybody trust protein powders as far as what they say they put in the powder. Personally I think, it's probably just me thinking this. I think that allot of protein companies are scams. I do believe, what they put in the powder is legit but just not exact to what they say they put in the powder. I know those companies just wanna make money and could care less about helping the consumer. That's why I try to find protein foods at a good price which I know will me more then a protein powder would. Maybe Im just being paranoid though. If I'm missing out on any of the nutrients that a protein powder would give me. Hopefully I will get that from the amino's, multi, etc. Correct me if I'm wrong.

so he can look FAT again??... without hormones he won't gain any muscle.
lol hopefully he can gain some muscle with that fat. You can work hard and gain muscle its just the fact that you have to get rid of the fat again. That's what Im trying to do, but sofar Im just 3 weeks into it this diet.

7am 1. 12oz glass of water 2. 2 cans of tuna (nothing mixed with it)
10am 1. 12oz glass of skim milk 2. 12oz glass of water 3. 2 cans of tuna
2pm 1. 12oz glass of water 2. Bowl of oatmeal
3pm training
4pm 1. 12 oz glass of water 2. 1 pound of cooked lean hamburger meat unseasoned.
7pm 1. 12oz glass of water 2. 2 cans of tuna
Supplements 1. Amino's 2. Multi-Vitamins 3. Creatine powder drink during workout
