Boy, what a hornets nest this became! For the record I believe OMR is a good mod. He's rational and thinks things through before responding.
Are his Pitbull pics too much? I don't think so ....not going on all the crazy stuff posted on Getbig? Why shouldn't a mod be able to rumble a little with the rest of us? This is Getbig for cripes sake?
That said.... E-kul has admitted to using several gimmicks.... all gimmicks will most likely vote on this.
I HATE GIMMICKS!!!
My vote is for OMR all the way.... (to stay).

 Of course not. CC was a great bodybuilder- I was no one. Chris made numerous magazine covers- I made none. Chris had thousands of fans- I had none. Cormier's on most people's All Time Top 10 list- I'll never be on anyone's list- except perhaps my Mom's. Tommy is a Legend. Always real. Always honest. And I know for a fact that he could kick a little ass if he had too. Just saying. |

I always thought she was pretty. She's now married to her long-time girlfriend and they adopted some black kids from Africa ....which is the trendy thing these celeb's are all doing.
Hey, I'm from Zimbabwe....why doesn't one of them adopt me?

Couldn't they have at least photoshopped the hair off of her shoulders and traps? Really starting to morph into a man face.  I still think she's a very cute girl and is marketing herself well (her hubby does great video's/editing) But...the hair on the traps is unsettling ....for a girl who claims "all natural"? |

The people in Derek's world don't give a shit or know that he's full of oil.
It doesn't matter to him. All that matters is what is in front of him and those who are around him don't know.
They have to think something looks odd? It doesn't look natural even to the average person on the street. It's like saying the average dude cannot see the difference between natural boobs versus implants? |

It's vexing to say the least while he begs for a kidney donation. He must not think the Dr's notice this crap he injects everywhere.
It's very confusing to me. The one common denominator in the kidney problems of Flex Wheeler, Brad Hollibaugh, and DA (amongst many many others) is the use of synthol. So why pump synthol in (more than ever before) if you are on dialysis? I thought DA said he was going to quit bodybuilding and enjoy his family and a normal life? |

Here's a recent one of me. Clearly off-season. We kayaked the caves in Santa Barbara......truly amazing experience. They are not dark...since the sunlight showers in through holes and lights up the blue water beneath you. Highly recommended weekend get-away.

WELL ..you have a great build, and competitive days a great stage build, u had to come to grips with reality drug wise somewhere...

True, but the flip side to that theory is that many bodybuilders are very insecure? That's why the majority of guys start bodybuidling. It's the Bigorexia theory ..."I'm not big enough. I'm only 250. I better up the dose!" Put it this way ... I just don't think I (if I was a top name) could ever have a T-shirt of myself with some kind of moniker I came up with like "The Unbelievable". But that's just me. |

well yeah.. its all part of the narcisstic personality disorders many of them have. add to that, blowing cash, cheating on wives, having no relationships with their kids.. it all fits together in the profile many of them.
I find it fascinating actually.
Can you imagine getting that T-shirt printed: Flex: "I need 100 T-shirts screen-printed" Asian T-shirt Printer Tommy Fuu: " Wa you want it to say?" Flex: "Picture of me saying... He got pretty big after some rapper made a single about him.
Mr. Marcus is just the kinda guy to try forge paperwork. And he know's it's a crime. He got off lightly in my opinion. He was always an arrogant tool always telling everyone what to do on a movie set. So one day my buddy Aaron Brink arrives for work (screen name Dick Delaware).... and he tells Marcus that if he doesn't stop ordering people around he was "going to put Marcus to sleep". You could heard a pin drop for a good 10 minutes...Marcus went and sat in the corner quietly. Aaron was a big boy and fought UFC ....even fought Arlovski. Most of these guys have competed in bodybuilding classes prior to the introduction of this physique class. They have legs enough to do well in the Classic categories that the IFBB has in Europe and at the Worlds. Obviously these type of physiques are popular with the fans, dramatically increasing the gate . The NPC and pro IFBB is just making a mistake with the stand and model in the board shorts. Just as Figure killed off women's Rbodybuilding, and perhaps women's physique is cutting into Figure, Men's Physique is cutting into Bodybuilding. In a few years I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of contests are Physique without bodybuilding or Figure. But put them in (modest) posing trunks and have them flex, call it Classic Bodybuilding, then its just a spectrum of different types of bodybuilding.
Tim, we going to have to respectfully disagree that these guys have "legs good enough to compete in classic Bodybuilding". I have been to several shows lately and was shocked at the complete lack of leg/calf development! And there is no such thing as V-taper? Zero lat development! Don't you really refer to classic bodybuilding at Bob Paris? Steve Reeves, etc? Take a look at our own Mindspin (Yemeni).... Classic lines! |
