Good question...

Dont really have any rags to riches story, and my ability to make money was never really an issue...t was more about whether or not I would ever achieve my goal of turning professional in the IFBB...my lowest point I would say, was after I blew out my back getting ready for the 98 USA, and having to undergo L-4/5 surgery and fusion...out of activity for a full 8 weeks time...then the eternity of rehab and starting back at square one in the gym was brutal mentally...

I've always seemed to do my best coming from behind...didnt make the cut at the 86 Jr. Nats/ won the overall in the 87 Jr. Nats, back surgery in 98/ 2nd at the Nationals in 99/ pro card in 2000, etc...

Never had the "lived out of my car in the gym parking lot" story...was never that stupid to have put myself in that position. I worked and owned my own gym for 9 years prior to winning the USA/ signing a contract...THEN moving out to L.A.

Endorush is a pre-workout drink, pretty much works (or doesn't work) immediately...most other supplements need to be taken for a week or two in order for the body to recognize and utilize, thus, I couldn't tell you about most of the others yet.

As for being tired...yes, I am tired....of douchbags like you, wasting my time.

When  it's an obscure song, movie, team, player, supp brand, etc...then its cool to be on board.  Minute they become big and out in the marketplace....then it becomes uncool to be in the mix of everyone else that likes them....

generally, this is only among the 20-something crowd (and younger)...when you get a bit older, you generally dont give a fuck who thinks your "cool" or what other people like...

Products work...people fail...simple as that.

  Biggest problem I see with guys claiming they dont work, is they take something for a week, then start being inconsistant in taking the supps/ training....then when asked, say "yeah, I tried it, didnt do nothing for me..."

Second biggest problem: unrealistic expectations.

Chris was a very good bodybuilder with outstanding work ethic.....very commited.

Basically, he became disenchanted with the business side of BB when the deal with his supp company/ MD went south...He re-evaluated what his future was and came to the conclusion that he needed more security for himself and his family.

He is currently working in the financial industry and went back to college part time to further his knowledge.....he dabbled in MMA as a hobby, to replace the athletic drive he had for competition/ ...

Just had their second child not too long ago...

One doersnt really have anything to do with the other...while I'm sure drawing a paycheck from a Supp company certainly makes things easier financially, if getting a pro card is soemthing he aspires to, then he'll keep pursuing it.

The fact that you pose such a questions makes me wonder the amount of intelligence you have acquired. 

By TEAM I am assuming you mean TEAM Nasser, the only TEAM with true presence on this board.  The reason we admire Nasser el Sonbaty is because of his accomplishments both career and in personal life that still to this day keep coming.  This man is such a perfect man in so many ways we can only hope to strive to be like him and acquire the traits he has in order to improve our lives.

Nasser has woman flocking to him 24/7, very attractive woman.  Has tons and I mean tons of money, from bodybuilding and from finacnial ventures he has pursued on his personal time.  Nasser has friendships with thousands of people with different ethnic background and can carry a very intelligent conversation about his or their own background as two similar people would converse if they had the same background. 

Nasser has mastered the weights, the gym, the drive it takes to become large, tan and jacked, for a life time.  Not like those blow up pros while competing then shrink to prunes when they leave competition.  Not Nasser, he stays 300+ retired with abs mind you.

Nasser has two very loyal and beautiful dogs.  Goes to the beach on a weekly basis, owns many mercedes and still has time to talk to the fans to this day.

I could tell ol' Bob Chick ( and Dan S) had to use a lot of self control to avoid cracking up during the post win interview with Kai Green. Granted, Kai is a top pro BB and seem intelligent, but the guy came off as a real space cadet.
