Dorian getting ass raped. Lights out, game over! BOOOM! Except that the Ronnie part of the image is way different than the original form Muscletime! If Dorian had turned up in the same condition as Ronnie at that show he would have been at least 10lbs heavier!

I posted this comparison earlier. Shows Ronnie from top to bottom and he's still destroying Dorian That's a bad comparison because the lighting is making a big difference to how they look. Unfortunately due to injuries we never got to see how Dorian could have looked so its pointless comparing photos of them at different points in their career and the fact remains that Dorian always beat Ronnie when they competed. And Dorian was never beaten when he was Mr Olympia, unlike Ronnie :-)

Hardly the point.
Their actions should not have provoked the reaction it did.
The fact is they should not have had a situation to exploit. The fact they exploited it is not an issue. The fact there is something to exploit IS the issue.
Blame lays squarely with the mob there.
No doubt you've signed the proclamation and sent in your donation! maybe you can explain what the "United West" mean by this: "WHEREAS, we reject the embracing of “multiculturalism” into our society as it has proven to be the underlining erosion of civilized cultures in European capitals. The founding fathers decreed that the objectives of the newborn independent United States were: “life liberty and the pursuit of happiness” as a nation of immigrants who came to our golden shores in succeeding waves and became the “melting pot” of America – the land of the free and the home of the brave;"

The 1975 Mr Australia was fixed. Paul Graham scored me low as did Arnold. So I placed last in the tall class. The places were by class not overall.
In the old days if you owned a gym you were considered by NABBA in England as being a professional bodybuilder. What a joke. I taught high school full time, was going to graduate school at night and ran my gym after school. There was hardly time to train. I did that after the gym closed. Yes, some owners do train when the members are there but I never did when I was competing.
Those "Professional" rules had nothing to do with NABBA. Prior to 1974 the Australian Bodybuilding Federation made up their own rules and judging criteria, then in '74 they became affiliated to the IFBB. NABBA hadn't even bothered to reply to Frank Burwash's request to affiliate with them.

I doubt many on here would get past the first page :-) Here's an excerpt from one of the writers previous works.
"We define 'obesity epidemic entrepreneurs' in an ideal typical sense to refer to actors who socially construct medicalised fatness as a health problem for other people and/or themselves. ‘Modes of entrepreneurship’ is perhaps more of an apt descriptor as we are less concerned with concrete individuals than with definitional practices. That said, we identify individuals who publicly enact the role of the obesity epidemic entrepreneur for illustrative purposes."

yeah but its not Phil whos bringing the customers in. They could spend that 500,000 (which is good endorsement money for anybody) and get a big name athlete that people actually know.
The majority of people who buy bodybuilding magazines also buy supplements so sponsoring a top bodybuilder is going to attract more of those buyers. Sponsoring a top athlete in any other sport may raise your brand recognition but unless that demographic buys supplements you are not going to sell more.
