Alpha, you're saying suspension makes you hold the least amount of water? Because i believe its the opposite from what you're saying

got letro on hand, never had any gyno problems before thou....the only negative side i really get is ill break out for a week or two....AAS seem to blend pretty well with my body...except tren, i love it but i get major sides thats a whole different story ttho  haha

Ive begun training a friend of mine, 23, 5foot11, 210.....hes a chunker, but he hates it and really wants to change...so i volunteered to help him, ive got him in the gym and hes busting his ass lifting, doijng cardio, and eating clean staying under 1500cal per day....now the weight is dropping, but hes got a set of tits, like gyno tits...when i mentioned the word gyno he was like yeaa i know what it is ive talked to a dr and he told me just to go work out.....what should i tell him? Should i put him on some mast? Try to dry him out? Maybe some gh? Letro? Any serious suggestions would be appreciated....no bullshit or shit talking, the guy is really trying..he busts his ass and is staying dedicated....so please....advice, any an alll

Maybe I shoulda explained my self first....working out and training the way you do, there's no need for steroids! What you're trying to accomplish can be obtained by altering you're diet and training routine...you'd get better results if you did it this way

Wash your body with shampoo, not soap...its easier on the skin wash with hot water thn cold to open then close the pores...tan in a bed once a week atleast and stop being scared of a little acne! I wouldn't stop taking gear cuz of it....fuck it....I always break out on my pct,and sometimes on my shoulders/back while on...stay away from sugar as well
