Finals start at 6:30pm Pac Time, not sure when the Men's Bodybuilding will be thrown in. You're right, the Pre-Judging was very drawn out having to watch the Women's bodybuilding before the men even came out. The fitness girls weren't bad though
Switch to heavy barbell rows and your back will grow way more than doing the deadlifts with the weight you have in the gym. Go slow and concentrate on the feel and the weight will "feel" like much more...
I'm new to GetBig.com and have always been doing more of a "bodybuilding" type routine (more reps, concentrate on the feel of the muscles). I want to get more into powerlifting and currently do 365x5 in the deadlift and have a goal of 500lbs by the end of the year. Let me know if anyone thinks this is unrealistic.
