1  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Bostin Lloyd..The Guru of Guru's on: August 18, 2014, 06:46:41 PM
This kid needs some professional help! He needs to stop shooting that stealth gear for one thing.  Shame on Palumbo for mentoring this kid and working with him. I bet boston lloyd makes George farah disguted. George farah hates keto diets and does not have his athletes use that much gear. George also likes to detox his athletes for a bried period, hell george even has his athletes severly lower their protein intake for a brief period as well.

people really pay boston Lloyd? for what? the kid is always fucking himself up! his arm is still all fucked up from that cocktail shot he did before the show he had to pull out of, Now his lat looks like their is cancer in it. who the fuck would trust hiring this guy?

Might as well just hire dave palumbo that is who Boston learned from. Or just google keto diet. all boston does is follow a keto diet most of the prep and shoot every compound in the book along with synthol. he won one show looking decent but since then always has looked like shit, his girlfriend is stronger then him. hell watch the videos when he trains with that natural BB Nick wright. Nick can bench press way more then boston and is all around stronger, Boston just tends to look more like a BB because of the hormones. he can't lift worth shit.

Nick isn't natural either  Wink
2  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: The truth about "my beautiful boy" Michael Brown on: August 16, 2014, 07:14:53 PM
The officer involved just might be Plastic Man. Tonight the attorney for Browns "friend and witness" said on TV that the first part of the confrontation the "the officer reached out of the car window and grabbed Michael's throat." Hmmmm OK, Michael is 6'5" and the officer was seated in his squad car no doubt buckled....arm so long he could reach Michael's throat.

This attorney is the former Mayor of St. Louis. If I lived in Mo I would have a For Sale sign on my front lawn.

I used to live in St Louis.  There have been many For Sale signs in all the Northern suburbs for years.

I love it!  Of course CNN has to tap dance their way around this story.  Of course the anchor will be and African American man. The heads of CNN know they can't appear racist in their reporting of this story.

Great work Mr Adonis on uncovering this video and the radio show.  When are you going to see the light about the Democratic party?

Just an excuse to steal.  If they cared about justice they wouldn't have let their community degenerate to third world conditions in the first place.

Do a google street view of 9400 West Florissant Avenue, St. Louis, MO.  It's actually pretty descent.  I used to live In St Louis and have driven down this street.  Ten years ago this area was mostly white.

I guess people didn't want to read articles about how to tune this.  I can't understand why.  Undecided  It probably only weights 2990 pounds and looks like it was beat with the ugly stick!

7  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: honda tuning magazine shutting down. on: August 11, 2014, 07:12:42 PM
The Civic coupe was an amazing car!  Honda's are about being light weight and having a nimble suspension and a high revving engine.

Before you hate on Honda, go out and drive one.

The problem with Honda is they turned there back on the tuner crowd.  Honda and Acura seem lost right now.

8  Getbig Main Boards / General Topics / Ferguson Missouri Riot on: August 11, 2014, 03:47:07 PM
ABC News Aug 11, 2014
Protests broke out overnight on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri, with vehicles and businesses damaged and looting reported, following the police shooting of Michael Brown, 18.

People could be seen carrying hubcaps out of an auto supply store. A shoe store also was looted, with police swarming into the store's parking lot. A QuikTrip convenience store was overrun, with people grabbing items and running out of the store, glass shattered and items strewn about the sidewalk.

11  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: 2015 BMW M3 on: August 08, 2014, 04:49:36 PM
Drove an m4 the other day with dct transmission , best m3/m4 by far, better than e46 with comp package and e90's..

People always talk about steering but really none of the m3's were known for it besides maybe e30 and e46

E36 and e90 have subpar steering and I hate the e90 "light" feel , direct but no road feel at all

How was the engine?  I know you're not a fan of Turbo's

This sucks, I was a big fan of Mike Spinelli's show After Drive.
13  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: New Audi SQ7 with Electric Turbo on: August 03, 2014, 08:12:13 PM

Instant torque, no lag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Shocked

Go with your first instinct.  It's a great idea!

I'll take my regular old internal combustion engine anyday, nothing else has the same overall experience of sound/acceleration/feel of rowing through the gears with a naturally aspirated 800hp 8000rpm 500 cubic inch big block chevy.

Without this type of technology, gas prices would be so high you couldn't afford to enjoy a 500 cubic inch big block running at 8000 rpm.

The RS5 gets 44 mpg and can accelerate from 0-60 in 4 seconds.  Think about how crazy those numbers are together.

14  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: New Audi SQ7 with Electric Turbo on: August 03, 2014, 07:13:09 PM
This is the automotive technology breakthrough of the year!

Ten years from now this system will probably be used on most engines!  BMW already has a patent for a similar system.

It works by having two turbos.  The primary turbo is powered by exhaust.  The secondary turbo is powered by a 9 hp electric motor which spins to 70,000 rpm in 350 ms and only fires when the primary turbo is waiting to spool up.  Thus eliminating turbo lag and allowing a larger primary turbo.

The RS 5 TDI Concept has a dedicated 48-volt power system providing the large quantities of energy needed to feed the electric turbo.

Bottom line, more power from less fuel.

Audi is working on a new generation of its Q7 and we’re expecting the big SUV to be the first to feature the German automaker’s new diesel engine equipped with an electrically-driven turbocharger. The technology, called e-boost, is designed to eliminate turbo lag at low revs and according to comments from Audi’s R&D boss we’ll see it first in a new SQ7 performance SUV.

A version of the engine shown in an RS 5 TDI concept car produces an impressive 385 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque, the latter generated at just 1,250 rpm. In the RS 5, this enables 0-60 mph acceleration in just 4.0 seconds and a top speed of 174 mph. These figures are comparable with those of the stock RS 5 and its gasoline V-8 but with the high-tech diesel the stated fuel economy for the European combined cycle is an incredible 44.4 mpg.

The SQ7 is the first use of this technology in a production vehicle.  Expect many more companies to follow.  Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes will most likely be the next. German engineering at it's finest!

16  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Mercedes S Class drives itself on Autobahn on: August 03, 2014, 07:48:55 AM
Carscoop Aug. 3, 2014

Since current legislation in most countries doesn't actually allow fully autonomous cars on their roads, Mercedes-Benz was required to fit additional sensors on the steering wheel in order to detect that the driver keeps at least one hand on the wheel. If it detects that the driver isn't using the steering during a given time, the Steering Assist system is deactivated.

Closely following the KISS principle, it seems that the steering wheel sensor is actually based on weight, so the German owner of a Mercedes-Benz S 500 decided to trick the system using what appears to be a can of juice.

The weight of the soda can simulates the driver using the steering wheel, which in translation means that the car can drive all by itself on the German Autobahn.

There fucking horrible. Its like trying to jog with ski boots on. Id far rather a V6 in any generic car.

There are at least a few things a truck can do better than a car.  Wink

18  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Little Men in Big Pick up Trucks on: July 30, 2014, 05:56:11 PM
This thread is really surprising, alot of white trash around here. If your not ashamed to be seen in a truck your white trash.

Go out and drive any truck Ford, Dodge, or Chevy and you'll find out why people love trucks.  What's not to like about a vehicle with a V8.
19  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Whats the better car for a bodybuilder-2008 Aston Martin DB9 or 2008 Vantage? on: July 30, 2014, 04:42:15 PM
The S class Coupe is the better bodybuilder car IMO.

20  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: NSX at the Nurburgring on: July 28, 2014, 08:38:03 PM
Yeah it was during its time it was looked at as overpriced, underpowered and no history like the porsche 911, f355 ferrari, and c5 corvette, even the supra...

It was until time passed and the prices dropping guys were picking it up used and realizing how great, unadulterated the car really was

I wish it had a NA V8 high revving instead

I agree that the original model was over priced and under powered.  This new model will probably be over $100K.  I'm expecting 600-700 lb ft of torque, which would give better acceleration than Ferrari and Lamborghini.  I'm interested in seeing how this hybrid power train works and how well the all wheel drive puts that power to the road.

Thank you, kind sir.

Phil says he grows into a show and is mere weeks from the Mr. O, so we know he's running mountainous amounts of anabolics, and this is a session from which he grows? This is a champion's training session?!

Never mind his crap about having driven for several hours. Fact is, he's a wimp in mind and spirit and not worthy of anyone's respect as an athlete or muscleman.

"Place holder" workouts are fine, and often required, but when a reigning Mr. Olympia is 10 weeks out from defending his title and he's doing this kind of wuss shit, it's embarrassing. ESPECIALLY when he's gassed to the gills.

He's probably going to win nine Olympias training this way.  At least there's no risk of him getting injured.  He does his leg extension, grabs his Gucci man purse, hops in his Rolls, and drives home to his Pomeranian puppy.
