After having slight gyno in just one nipple from using test in the past. I ran just Anadrol 50 only for a 6 week cycle using 100mg everyday, which i thought would make the gyno worse, but it infact disappeared all together and hasn't returned since and I've been off about 8 weeks now. I know that I'm supposed to be using Nolva for PCT, but i just haven't needed it which suprises me with Anadrol. I got the usual strength and size gains that you normally do with this oral so it defo wasn't a fake!

I was just wondering if there is anyone else who has experienced Anadrol 50 clearing up their gyno like it did with me?? Because every bit of information i read there is always a big deal about Anadrol causing bad gyno. The only thing i can think of it that it probably suppressed my own test levels, which then reduced the estrogen in my body?

If they are pulling hot tail, it doesn't sound like its doing them an favours!

Victor Richards made a good choice in not competing, he didn't get tangled up in the bullshit between alot of the pro's that you see today. The IFBB didn't need Vic to survive and Vic didn't need the IFBB to survive. He probably made the same sort of living as a pro without having to do all the depressing shit like nearly killing himself a week out from shows and he kept the happiness in his training and you can't blame a man for that. Alot of people seem bitter that he went off and did his own thing, dunno why   Its not like he was taking anyone Place in the magzines week in, week out!

When u eat raw eggs in their raw state ur body will only take in half the protien the eggs have in them. I pretty sure this was found out in the 90s, This is why drinking raw eggs isn't as common these days. So unless your drinking 24 eggs white instead of 12 i wouldn't bother unless ur eating some other source of protien with them. Although the pasteurized eggs in the tubs/cartons may have a different story behind them, i dunno

just watched it! Melvin Anthony kept covered up and should have asked for a bigger role in the film! Although he does get blown away in a shoot out in a bar near the end! Forgot the Main guys name now think its Michael Jai White, but he's in great shape! kinda says some thing when they keep a pro bodybuilders body covered up and show off the more Athletic guys body! as for Bob Sapp! well that guys just a monster in this don't ya think!

Yeah but i didn't hear him anywhere in the video say he wasn't using drugs! he wasn't asked that question! And if he's been training 10 years he probs owns about 75% of the muscle u see on his body! I would understand what ur point is if he'd been training about 12 months and put on 50lbs!. Wud u take him in a show?, if so post your pics, lets see what hardcore training as done for u!

He's 3 weeks out from a show!, He's doing supersets!, he's doing controlled reps! and he's been training 10 years! and more to the point he's not into powerlifting. I don't see the problem.
