its funny how the greedy government works....
46 year old man at docter> USA gets tax dollars and profits> yes for only 145 dollars per 10cc vial 200mg cyp. you will no longer be depressed, have tons of energy, be able to play with your grand kids again, have intamite relations with your wife again, and feel the urge to live once more....... low T no more....
46 year old bodybuilder> buys test from germany us gets no taxes no profit> test 400mg 10cc vial 40 dollars, your a criminal, you are a mentally unstable man who has roid rage if you even curse outloud, your an unfit parent, your destroying your body, your destroying your mind, your crime sentence is worse than if you manufacture crack....
oh i see now after all this time.... the steroids must have a chemical that rots away your body mind and morals until they go through the price scanner at american pharmacy and ring up that .8%.... you rock america.
YUP, but notice now you are seeing more and more "LOW T" commercials, they won't even say test or testosterone. It's ridiculous, i see a guy in my gym last night about 50yrs old, in good shape, you can tell he trains, he's talking to a guy about 60yrs old who too is in good shape, the older guys is asking the younger guy how the cream is working (they were talking about test gel), the younger guy says "I feel fk'n great, i even rub it on my face." they both looked good and healthy, they were both holding a bit of size and just has an overall look of well being.

Did anyone see dateline the other night?
It always made me wonder when i read these OTC packages saying "Not evaluated by FDA", the dude from dateline, Chris Hansen takes capsules loaded w/ arsenic, he marketing them as a weight loss pill. He makes a bs analysis report saying what is in the pills (obviously not noting arsenic) and brings it to some guy claiming to have a lab. This dude more or less copied the original analysis report and gave it back with his letterhead. That's fk'n scary. So they had a certification from a lab and were now able to market this stuff.

I think the best thing to do is 4 out of the 5 days split your workout into 30 min liftin, 30 min cardio, and stick to the basic compund movements . for example
Day 1: Chest Flat Bench ( either dumbell or barbell) Incline Bench( either dumbell or barbell) Decline ( either dumbell or barbell) Flyes ( either dumbell or machine) Abs
There you go, 4 excercises, assuming 5-6 minutes per excercise, you should be done in 25 mins, and spend 5 mins on abs, and 30 min cardio
Day 2: Arms Standing curls barbell Standing Curls Dumbell Preacher curls Barbell
Rope Pushdown Skullcrushers Dips
Obliques
you have 6 excercises for bicep, but you can rev up your workout with shorter rest periods, so every excercise will last liek 4 minutes, that gives you ytime to do obliques
Day 3 : Delts/Traps Military Press ( either dumbell or barbell) lateral Raises Front raises
shrugss ( either dumbell or barbell) upright rows
again, should be done in 25-27 mins, and do abs, and 30 min cardio
Day 4: Back Pulldown one arm dumbell rows seated rows
and add a couple of hammer strength machines
you wont have time for deadlifts, as they consume time to set up
do some obliques as well, and then 30 min cardio
Day 5 : Legs
for this day, i would just spend the hour doing legs, hams, glutes, calf, dont do cardio this day
THX MS.......i'm glad you guys are giving me this info, i'm going to finish out the week doing what i've been and start a new workout this weekend.

you want to lean out right? just lift, cut down the rest periods as much as possible. Superset as much as you can. Unless you're as slob or wanting to get stage ready no need for cardio. You can even squeeze in HIIT cardio 2/3 times/wk it takes no more than 12 mins..
Thanks man, not a slob, actually by GB standards, i guess i am a slob lol. I'm 6'3 242lbs, no idea w bf% is but i'm a 36-38 waist. i def should be no more than 220, preferably 210-215 depending on how much muscle i'm holding. Like i said, i had a rough winter, pretty much was unable to train from mid Sept through the new year, and i ate like a pig. i enjoyed myself though now is the time to peel some layers and i'm having lots of regrets. But now i grabbed some gear and we'll see how it goes.

Personally, either 3 days lifting 2 days cardio, or 1hour really intensive training, so it kinda becomes cardio at the same time
i tried the one day cardio, one day lifting, i felt like i was wasting my time because it was taking me amost 2 weeks by the time I hit the body part a 2nd.

I have an hour a day to train, 5 days per week. I want to trim down. I am very confused as to how i should split my time at the gym. I just started taking a little bit of of Cyp and trying to eat clean and control portions.
I'm being told... Do one day cardio, one day lift. or Do 30 min cardio, 30 min lift. or Lift 12-15 reps high intensity, no cardio, recovery speeds metabolism
Not sure which route to follow
suggestions?

A good friend of mine and his gym buddies buy from a guy who mixes his own gear. He makes various tests, primo, masteron etc. although i've dabbled w/ gear before, i'm a little nervous buying from this guy. Yet all the dudes that buy from this guy have gotten pretty good results.
thoughts?

Thx IceMan, i guess i paid a little too much, should've done a little more research. I too got them off ebay, i paid $23 for 3lbs bc they were organic. You think there is a difference, or all the same?
what do you like about them? I plan on using them as a source of fiber in my protein shakes.

So i usually buy VPX Fiberteq supplement to add to my protein shake. I feel the fiber has regulated my LDL & HDL cholesterol and keeps the pipes working good. I'm running a bit low and felt i needed to re-up, i usually pay about $15 for a pound of this stuff. So i decided to do some research.
I was looking online for alternative sources of fiber and i stumbled upon chia seeds, apparently these things are a good source fiber and efa's, they are tasteless and do not spoil and i paid $25 for 3lbs of organic chia. I checked amazon and could not find a bad review, everyone talks about these things like they are God.....
anyone ever try these things?

Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Training Q&A / Re: CARDIO TYPE?
|
on: February 01, 2012, 08:24:18 AM

Start out with 4 minute session, increasing the length one minute every session every other day...at the end of two months you are at thirty minutes...Use a cardio monitor...then start to increase the intensity at the end of each week five beats a minute. at the end of a couple of months you are doing thirty minutes at a good cardio rate...
A USMC drill instructor told me this regimen...he said the saying "no pain, no gain" is a bullshit saying they tell recruits because they want military training to hurt for psychological reasons...for civilians, if it hurts you are doing something wrong.
Wait, you are saying start out doing only 4 min today, 5 min Friday, 6 min sunday etc? By increasing intensity, would that mean speed or resistance? Forgive the ignorance. thanks for help.

start at low intensity for 1-2 minutes, go high intensity for a few minutes and when you start feeling fatique slow down and go low intensity until you don't feel tired anymore - that's when you start getting the high (endorphins production effect) - at this point you an speed up a little bit and enjoy the high. the highter you run the better you'll feel. slow down when you feel tired again. this way you can do a lot of cardio while feeling good For how long? The entire 50 minutes?

I'm tall, 6'3.5 @ about 250lbs, i would like to get down to 215lbs. Diet has been pretty good, really can't give you a calorie count. I've been keeping carbs low Mon-Fri. I do tend to gain weight very easy, in the 6mos i took off from gym i packed on about 25lbs. I was eating like an animal and being Italian around the holidays, i was out of control, so i packed on the pounds easy.
right now my diet is this. Gym first thing in AM 8:30-zero carb protein shake after gym w/ half cup skim milk, tblsp yogurt, tblsp PB, 4 strawberries & banana 10:30 orange or apple 12:30 2 cups lettuce w/ protein (can of tuna, piece of chicken etc.) 3:30 pure protein bar 7:30 greens & protein

45 min low intensity or 20 minute high intensity?.......Everyone has a diff thought on what is best. Bill Phillips says 20 min total intervals 1min walk, 1 min jog, 1 min run, and repeat cycle.
Feelings? Thoughts? Help please!
I've been training monday - Friday, lifting one day, 50min low impact cardio the next. So it is taking me 2 weeks to hit all body parts. Is this a waste? Just started lifting after 6mos off, want to lost some of that holiday flab hence the extra cardio...

So here's the question, after a 5 - 6month hiatus from the gym, i started back about 2 weeks ago. My initial intent was to start with a week of cardio, i would go on an empty stomach and take my ECA prior. After a few days i had to start hitting the weights, but i am still doing my cardio, just not as much. i have little more than an hour to spend in the gym, i need to drop some pounds, a trainer said i should split my weight training and cardio 50/50. Also should i eat prior to going being that i am lifting?

So I've been training steady last few years w/ descent results, just trying to stay healthy & look half way decent. My Gym membership expired in Oct., i'm supposed to be buying a house but have been having issues with the bank, so our nov 4th closing date still hasn't happened.
I figured I'd give my body a rest and enjoy some "bad food" during the holidays. Now i'm stuck, i'm still going through nonsense with buying this house. I won't rejoin my gym and waste $ knowing i'll be moving soon (hopefully), the gym's monthly membership price is insane, so i've come to the realization that i will not workout again until i move (hopefully within the next month).
I'm trying to figure out how to diet without training, should i use the same principles (high protein, complex carbs etc.) Just eat less calories being i'm not burning as much?
I'm guessing i'm going to start a push-up routine as well.
disgusted!
