Your jealously is evident  When you die, only few friends (do you have any?) or family will care. Your list is missing the most important thing of ALL. Thing that make him famous and that is THROUGH WORKING OUT CHANGE YOUR BODY AND LIFE TO THE WAY YOU WANT. Most of his fanbase are young kids, skinny kids, they were playing computer games and were losing themselfes. Zyzz was one of them and he turned his life around. Maybe you dont like his lifestyle but his motivational power was and still is amazing. Are you happy with your life? Do you enjoy your life? Ask yourself He did.  GETBIGGERS. |

Good routine, Donny!
I trained arms the other night and here's what I did:
Hammer curls 3 sets
Lying cable curls 3 sets
Standing cable curls 3 sets
Kneeling cable extensions (Larry Scott's favorite triceps exercise) 3 sets
Lying db extensions 3 sets
Overhead cable extensions 3 sets
so you did the opposite of what he proposed lol why the props? |

xanax-helps me! I only fuck with 300mg a week too! used to use 500mg a week. I personally think the alpha -pharma parabolin(Tren Hex) is better than that tren A. I ,like the trenax better as well. seems better quality. The parabolin blows you up nicely with just lean muscle with no sides. It works a little slower but in the end the gains are better-IMO
elaborate. what do you mean by no sides? No sides compared to ace or no sides at all (like primo or other milds stuff) did you NOT get tren rage, trensomnia, high bp, acne etc etc from parabolin? yet you got cut and bigger? how many amps per week where those? are side-less gains dose dependant? |

saturday i did biceps and forearms after chest.
I did heavy hammer curls with wrist twist at the top, followed high rep, reverse bb curls.
Wrist curls just don't do it for me.

How can there be so many whites in the southern part and so many blacks in the northern part? Isn't it warmer in the southern part?
white people built their cities to make sure they could stay away of the black/brown focus which is the north. also southern cities are the wealthiest and white like wealth  |
