All you really need is a good Multi, Flaxseed Oil, Creatine, and a good Whey Protein powder. There are hundreds of companies out there making all kind of claims that their product will make you biggest and strongest person alive. I personally would not waste my money on all these gimmicks. Just get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, drink plenty of water, eat small meals that are balanced with protein, good carbs, and good fats, and of course train hard and heavy.

I am disappointed in both of you. You are both 100% WRONG.
The AHA has him categorized between stage 1 and stage 2 high.
I don't care if the cuff was the wrong size. Anyone taking BP and receiving those numbers should've been immediately alarmed and taken the time to get the right size and refer him to a physican.
Systolic Diastolic Normal less than 120 less than 80 Prehypertension 120–139 80–89
High Stage 1 140–159 90–99 Stage 2 160 or higher 100 or higher
Princess L, I believe you are overreacting, I personally have high blood pressure and all the information I have give is 100% correct from my physician. The numbers that you have put up here are all standard numbers that you can find anywhere on the internet. He should be monitored for 4 weeks having his blood pressure taken 2-3 times a week at different times during the day with the proper size cuff, and yes the cuff does make a difference (I had the same problem with a regular size cuff mine was 165 over 110 and with the proper size cuff it came down to 150 over 100 done a few minutes later) The doctor and the nurse specifically told me this was the case although my pressure was a high. I have also had other heath care professional tell the same thing. Furthermore (at least at this present day) the Systolic number is more important than the Diastolic number, which in the scope of things 130 would be perfectly acceptable. Saying all this I still stress that he should be monitored by a physician, because there is a good chance that it will just get higher and he will have to be medicated.

155 over 100... but they did say it could be wrong because of the cuff not being big enough.
Jamie, your blood pressure is not extremely high, but should be monitored closely. If they (Dr. or nurse) are using a cuff that is too small then the reading is typically higher, so get a lager cuff. The second thing is; what is causing the BP to be high. Is it hereditary, or are there family members that are treated for high BP, also are you retaining water. There are some meds such as hydrochlorothiazide (Rx) that are diuretics that can lower BP, but if water retention is not your problem then it is probably more genetic and you will have to have your heart rate slowed. It is your pulse elevated when at rest? Can you feel your heart beat at night when you try to go to sleep? If this is the case then you will need some type of beta blocker such as Toprol XP. You need to start seeing an internal medicine doctor of just a general practitioner. Oh and the tren can cause high blood pressure so I would come off that first to see if that is the culprit. If you are taking trenabone acetate then is should be out of your system in a few days.

I am having a hell of time converting Synovex H to prop with the kit from universalkits.com, I have used Dazed kits several times before with no problems at all, but dazed has gone out of business. Here is my problem, crushed up the pellets, dissolved in methanol, filtered out, added Estrogen Solubilizer, then added distilled water, filtered out prop powder. Know this where I ran into problems, added the magic solution (BA and BB) to the powder, headed it up and it was still a little more foggy than I remember, so when to filter and it pushed thought the filter like it was nothing, and the what came out looked just like the unfiltered stuff and left now residue in the filter. Tried 2 filters with same results, although they gave me some kind of filter that I have never used before called Millex GP .22um. In the past I have always used a Whatman .45um filter. Has anyone had this problem with this kit and have i totally screwed my conversion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes drop the creatine, you really don't need it if you are cutting. As for the reason that you are requiring more sleep if probably not you diet, but due to the fact you have started training. Your body is now require more rest than normal until it gets use to these work outs. As for the hard sleeping, that is a good thing, when you are in your deepest sleep that it when you body recovers, releases growth hormone, and testosterone. The only thing that concerns me is that you are dragging ass when you wake up you might not be getting enough deep sleep. Also 8 hours is optimal for recover, but 9 is better. I would not get less than 7-8hours if I could help it.

Tilapia
Species Name: Tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) Oreochromis niloticus, the fastest growing of tilapia from the Nile River is emerald green. Oreochromis honorum is black and white. Oreochromis mossambica has reddish coloring. The oreochromis aureus is white or silver. Red tilapia is a mix of species, but always carries the red gene from oreochromis mossambica. Tilapia are sometimes called sunshine snapper, cherry snapper, Nile perch, mouthbrooders and St. Peter's fish.
Geography: Fresh tilapia comes from Columbia and Costa Rica. All American-raised tilapia goes to the live market. Farmers in Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia export frozen product to the US.
Seasonality: Year-round availability due to aquaculture.
Appearance/Flavor: The meat is typically white, although the red skinned tilapia may have a reddish tint to the meat. Cooked meat is opaque. A brown colored meat will result from red-skinned fish if the tilapia is not skinned deeply enough. The firm, flaky texture of tilapia has a sweet, mild flavor.
Nutrition: (per 3.5 oz. raw) Cal 98, Fat cal. 22, Total fat 2.4g, Saturated fat 0, Chol 0, Sodium 52mg, Potassium 0, Protein 18.5g, Iron 0.
Buying/Handling/Storing: Tilapia meat should be moist and resilient. It should have no musky odor. Don't buy frozen tilapia that has freezer burn. If mushy when thawed, discard. Tilapia absorbs flavor from the water it is raised in, so check the source. Shelf-life for fresh tilapia at 32 F is 2 weeks. Layer in ice. Shelf-life for frozen product is 6 months. Blast frozen or block frozen is a sign of a poor product.
Cooking Methods: Tilapia can be broiled, fried, grilled, baked, poached, sautéed, or steamed. Tilapia's attractive skin may be displayed, but should not be eaten due to a bitter flavor.
Harvesting methods: Tilapia is farmed in ponds or tanks.

Mix (using the same 200 lb. male on a bulk example) 100 grams of a combination of 50% of your carbs coming from Dextrose and 50 % of your carbs coming from Maltodextrin with, 50 grams of hydrolyzed whey protein, all mixed with 1 Liter of Water. Shake all the ingredients well. (I personally like using a Tupperware cup for my shakes) Scoop out and consume 5-10 grams of creatine, and consume along side the shake. I don’t recommend mixing the creatine directly into the shake. Simply spoon it into your mouth and drink it down with your shake. Consume 1/2 of the shake in this immediately following your workout in this manner. After you have taken half the shake in, continue taking small sips of the shake. Phase two: 15-20 minutes later Scoop out and consume (again don’t mix directly into the shake) 5-10 grams of L-Glutamine. Now is the time to consume any anti oxidants with your shake. A high quality multi-vitamin will work well, or you can just take Vitamin C and/or E. This combination of L-Glutamine and anti-oxidants will help to super charge your immune system after the beating it has just taken. Continue sipping on your post-workout meal for the duration of the initial 45-60 minute period. 30 minutes after you have completely finished your post-workout meal eat a well balanced meal. Protein synthesis is amplified by 50% post-workout but it can be elevated as high as 110% up to 24 hours post-training! So keep supplying nutrients to your body all day long for optimal gains, drink plenty of water, and adhere to the pre-sleep stack I described in the Z factor part one. The main difference with the meals following your post-workout shake is to begin adding fat to your meal. Healthy fats have numerous benefits to the body builder. Increased fat intakes are highly associated with a more positive nitrogen balance, and also work to increase insulin sensitivity!

You count protein from grain and cereal products? Aren't they largely unused by the body?
You count it because of its calories. Grain and veg proteins do not contain all 9 of the essential amino acids chains. But when comsumed with complete proteins (meat, fish, eggs, ect) you will use what every amino that it needs. Just make sure you have enough meat protein with each meal, which the stated diet above does.

This is based on a 200lb male at 15% body fat. Here is the math: 200*.15 = 170lbs LBM (Lean Body Mass) 170*15C = 2550 C 1.5g Protein * 170 = 255g per day 42.5g per meal 1.8g Carbs * 170 = 306g per day 51g per meal That is a total of: 255+306 = 561g * 4C = 2244 C from Protein and Carbs That leaves 306 C for fat or 34g per day 5.6g per meal
