Ramy definitely looks denser to me too. Phil is separated and striated but oddly smooth whereas Ramy looks hard and thick and big.

Sure it wasn't because of tax evasion they struck them? A lot of parlors get hit because of that reason rather than the extra services, although these reasons usually go hand in hand.
