Never have and never will buy into the concept of training one body part a week. Doesn't work. (Unless you're on shit then anything works)
Training a muscle about every 5 days seems to work best. Any more than that and you aren't fully recovering. If you are blasting the muscles hard of course. If you just train like a bitch, you can hit each body part every 2 days.

Yup. I gained most of my weight back from my illness and I am once again ready for photo shoots and guest posings. I will pump up my amazing fucking arms and hold up a sign proving it's me. Put the Paki rumors to rest. Be careful fellas, these guns are fucking hot!

Its not his size. I'm 250 as well And I'm not as goonish as that....its the way he is put together. Very square ......no lines or roundness at al.
True. Some guys can pull off more size and look alright. If they are taller or have broader shoulders. Although I wouldn't wanna look like you, your size looks alright on your frame. Tbombz just looks bloated. Meathead look. Short and blocky like a tree stump.

Politicians are usually just opportunists who sellout and ride the wave of corruption for a few years to cash in. They are not the true shot callers. They are just transients in the power structure.

As bad as tbombz program is, the statement you just made might make you an even bigger idiot that he is.
Shut up Gump. 5 intense full body workouts in one week  I have done that before and afterwords I felt like I had been put through a meat grinder. Felt worn out as hell. Felt like SHIT. It's good to do this a couple times per year for one week maybe, for shock growth. But doing it constantly would be unrealistic. Maybe you just don't train with any intensity? You're a retard, but do you have the retard strength and intensity?
