insulina gets you FATTTTTTTTTTTTTT,, the only reason bodybuild are lean is the GH that go along with insulina,, you take the weight insulina bring and cut the fat with hgh ,, but the fat inside is still there...it blown you with fat from the inside,,look at philsulina face,, he look liek he swallowed the marshmelow man so soft so ugly so big head,, look at jason face really really really ugly face ,, puffed up ofcourse diuretic will lean you out before show like now....jason right now look lean in face but still! pufffffy lean  IT IS DIFF ,, insulina ages you it puffen you up like a good ole country boy in middle of kensas,, insulina brings on edema and slow every thing in your body ...it adds weight not size...what add size is the combo of gh to the insulina,, over allllll it is all ALL fake size it is haffen and puffen you from the inside out but be with out it few months and you are long gone,, be with out steroids few months and you will lose some muscle but wotn be ALL GONE....with out insulina and gh bodybuild now days do not look like bodybuilders...philsulin a will not look like bodybuilder with out insulina and gh ,, he will look liek a fella from the hood with 18 inch arms that has good shape and torse of a 15 year old girl,, it is a joke whats going on in bodybuild,, and this is when philsulina is on AAS ! take it all out and he doesnt look like he touched weight in his life!

As far as why guys like Yates, Ronnie, Cutler are still walking around? Everybody's physiology and susceptibilities are different would be the simple answer. But, you can bet dollars to donuts that a lot of these guys won't live until a ripe old age.

What year was that?

I just went from a fairly solid...(so i thought), 248 ......to 230 at 7% bf in less than a month. on 250 mg test and 200 mg tren e.  i look like a different person.

as a matter of fact, a good buddy of mine said those EXACT words to me last week, as i haven't see him in three months, he was in Seattle for the summer...he said "you used to be this big, massive bruiser with the thick neck....ugh...now you're all shredded and your face is chiseled...you look like a different person"

SNO, You may possibly be correct .... but there are many others who are in similar situations.

And not just here in Las Vegas.

I have a good number of friends in So Cal who rushed in to purchase real estate just before the market peaked.

One paid $700.000 for an older three bedroom home in Woodland Hills and now the somewhat identical next-door property is on the market for $350,000.

Another paid $1,200,000 and he says his home lost half its value.

But there are homes that continue to maintain there value in regions such as Marin County in No Cal and very much in demaid beachfront homes in the Laguna Beach area as well as other locatioons that I'm not familiar with.

I also think that LV will face a very slow recovery .... but if the San Andreas ever wakes and starts to tumble LV properties will once again be very much in demand.

Maybe Jay and a few others have inside information.

What's your point? The most test I've ran is 300mg prop /week and had similar results to yours above. It's still 3 X what the average guy makes, so obviously the results will be great vs natural. I don't see how it pertains to a discussion about what high level Pro BBs use, really.

One of the best posts I've seen on here in a while. There are definitely people who have an amazing response to gear and have superior genetics. I remember back in 86...and I hadn't done any roids in over a year..I got my hands on some sublingual 50 mg Primobolin tabs from France. I took 1 tab a day for 2 months and put on close to 15 pounds of ripped muscle. No one on this board would have believed it was possible. I got real big the next cycle doing less than 500 mg a week of juice... so I know some people can respond better than others. When I read the cycles some of the guys on here take and then they post a pic (won't mention any names)..my only two conclusions are: Either they got bunk gear or they have shit genetics.

I was pondering at work about 2 occasions where I really wondered "what would ronnie coleman do?"

situation 1:
*having a drink with friends outside of bar
*go in bar, bar tenders don't serve me, are occupied chatting up the girls
*leave bar, get drink at night shop and drink it with my buddies outside the bar (buddies have drinks from the bar)
*bar tender comes out of the bar, gives me an attitude, says "this is our property" (meaning dont bring your own drinks)
*i say well if you serve drinks then i wouldn't have needed to go and buy elsewhere
*he says "well if you're gonna be like that" and grabs my hand holding my drink (in a can) and squeezes it and sprays the drink all over my shirt (i look all nasty now)

at this point i was sooooo angry but at the same time i knew that if i punched him or whatever i could get into legal problems again (in the past i was more wreckless and went for the violence option in similar situations)

so all i could do was insult him but he just seemed to get off on my anger

situation2:
*i found a job for my girlfriend in a bar owned by my friend's girlfriend
*she serves drinks there and does dishes
*one day after work i go there when her shift is about to finish
*some asshole is talking to her like she's a black whore (not even trying to chat her up, really talking to her like she's a whore who will not need fake friendlyness just crude remarks)
*my friend's girlfriend (who owns the bar) tells the guy to shut up and says she's my girlfriend
*the guy who is like 10 years older than me says something like  "how old are you..blabla..don't think she's going to be your last one blabla"

what he said was not so special but the way he said it and the attitude made me fill with the question again "i should be beating him up but since that's illegal what can i do to degrade him and regain respect?"


i wonder...

is there a good solution or just deal with it and try to forget about it?

I've said it before, I'll say it again: THIS MAN CANNOT ADMIT WHAT HE IS REALLY DOING!

He is in a business. A business of selling bodybuilding/nutritional supplements. If he were to admit  what he was REALLY doing, he would lose his business and everything he has worked for, so IN ESSENCE, WHY BOTHER ASKING?


We ALL KNOW (those of us who have "been there, done that" ~ again, we ALL know what it takes to get *that* look. It is NOT genetics. Sure, we all know what role genetics play, and I don't care how much he weighs.

Yeah, he looked more "bloated" back then, but is that REALLY his ONLY defense?

Lee say's he beat Haney in a drug-tested event. That means nothing. Without knowing all the variables that led to that decision, IT MEANS NOTHING! When did Lee become a "natty?" ~ I mean, seriously?


I have to admit, he is a better liar than the rest (the "goolible" {in the words of Gh})~ but Lee Labrada has made a choice to choose his business over honesty. It doesn't hurt me one bit. It just hurts those kids that spend all that wasted money only to become disappointed, and then *jaded* when they figure out the TRUTH ~ which, consequently, will be AFTER their first cycles.

I was gonna keep it simple and say "just you kids wait" or; "I could tell you some stories of our *new* daily realities.

Take advantage of your youth, but don't abuse it. I know the kids won't listen. We all have to learn the "hard way" ~ but if any of you kids (20-30) want to learn something, learn this: WHAT YOU DO TODAY TO YOUR BODIES YOU WILL PAY FOR TOMORROW.

Now, you may not literally pay tomorrow (as in the next day) ~ but you will pay back every mistake you make, or every bad decision... ain't nothin' free in this world. You live on physical strength today. You think you are immortal. You don't even hesitate to take on the world....


But there will come a day when that all changes. Physical strength wanes, and mental fortitude.. well, it just gets tired. Stress, over a long period of time is in essence a sense of "attrition"


Just beware, and make good decisions. It ain't about today, it's about tomorrow. Stay strong.
