Heart disease is referenced but you don't normally die from heart disease that young unless its a specific heart defect itself.

Heart disease describes a range of conditions that affect your heart. Diseases under the heart disease umbrella include blood vessel diseases, such as coronary artery disease; heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias); and heart defects you're born with (congenital heart defects), among others.

The term "heart disease" is often used interchangeably with the term "cardiovascular disease." Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart's muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms of heart disease.

So my question is did he have "cardiovascular disease" from horrible long-term lipid profile (bad cholesterol) from all the red meat and AAS or did he have an enlarged heart (cardiomegaly) from the synergy of the AAS/GH which makes hearts grow along with the prolonged high blood pressure. It seems to me the enlarged heart would cause heart failure and the need for a pace maker and/or transplant much quicker than just cardiovascular disease (which wouldnt kill you so fast). He had to have something causing his heart NOT to pump correctly for this to end his life so young. I wish we knew more out the precise diagnosis he had. Anyone?

Wiki
It honestly sounds like he may have had advanced cardiovascular disease (blockage) along with enlarged heart and reduced ejection fraction by the reference that his heart was only 20% functional. So essentially, he probably had it ALL due to the diet and AAS/GH. Id still like to know more about his precise diagnosis.
u

In summary
cholesterol elevation due to PED's plus diet, red meat etc... Will lead to CAD which will cause an MI, heart attack.
An MI causes cardiac muscle death, big heart attack kills due to massive muscle death, small MI, may not even cause tissue damage but can be detected via blood tests that are enzyme specific
He had CABG, coronary artery bypass grafting, years ago due to CAD
He likely died due to that perhaps because those grafts failed and he hasn't many collaterals to feed his heart
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is one of several cardiomyopathies and he no doubt had that as well due to heavy weight training, intense breathing/holding breath, such as squatting etc...
All in all he died due to heart failure, sad, not uncommon, just a very popular BB so more people notice
Perhaps this will be of some help to our BB community to monitor health and well being closer.

Not quite a nut shell, sorry Wink

4 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: TRT style dosage on: May 05, 2014, 03:32:01 PM
The reality is:
The correct dosage for an individual is one that keeps free Test numbers normal.
When free Test is abnormally high all that happens is the negative side effects. Estrogen increase, hematocrit, DHT etc... A proper weekly dose will raise Test levels to consistently be between 800 to 1100, above that is a waste in regard to health and well being.
Say and think what you like, but, that is the truth.
Hope this helps.

HGH can cause hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, PVC's not likely, that's electrical conduction system, however, never say never. Could have been dietary stimulant , Clen, Ephedrine etc.....
Different Tech different measurement, same Tech, different day likely different measurement. There is a range. Hypertension big reason as well.
Hope you are well
6 Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Re: HGH ???? I know the pros anyone have cons I should know about????? on: May 04, 2014, 07:10:53 PM
HGH makes all cells in the body grow, muscle, bone, organ and sorry to say cancer too.
Docs don't often prescribe and when/if, not an amount that would be a "bodybuilder" dose.
7 Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Re: LVH - gone on: May 04, 2014, 07:06:19 PM
Same office, same machine, same Tech and same doc??
It could be as simple as caliper placement on the screen, do you recall the measuremnets ?
We talking millimeters.

Doctors will write most things for you if you pay them.

Wow, that was a very ignorant statement. Sad
9 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: TRT style dosage on: May 04, 2014, 12:48:45 PM
That is a typical dose, although I prefer weekly shots.
Adding more will likely increase free Test and with that the negative sides. Plenty of muscle can be
built on that dosage along with burning body fat, its important to keep hematocrit, estrogen etc... in check, so keep dosage as low as possible.
Hope this helps.

no other player will wear number 42 because that was jackie robinson's number when he broke the color barrier for mlb. when they retired it only the players who already had that number could keep it till they were done playing. mariano r. was the very last and before him mo vaughn was second last i think.

Good job!
11 Getbig Misc Discussion Boards / Sports Discussion Boards / Re: great moments in sports[pics] on: March 13, 2014, 06:01:48 PM
he will be missed, no one will ever wear number 42 again.

Any idea why he wore that number and why he was the last player to do so?
12 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Muhammad Ali dodges 21 punches in 10 seconds on: January 05, 2014, 12:53:24 PM
People forget Cooper just about knocked him out and Ali's corner saved him by prolonging the rest period between rounds. Dundee sabotaged his glove to buy time and gave him smelling salts.

Very true, but, Ali got up from that punch. Dundee did mess with the glove to increase the rest, but Ali would have and could have come out for the next round with the normal rest. All speculation on our part but the reality is look at who Ali beat and look at Tyson's list.
They both lost 3 yrs of their careers, look who Ali beat after his exile and look at who Tyson beat after hos, no comparison.
Then more importantly look who they beat before their exiles and for the titles, Ali/Liston Tyson/Berbick, really?Huh
13 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Muhammad Ali dodges 21 punches in 10 seconds on: January 05, 2014, 06:09:38 AM
hahaaha tyso woud send ali flying straight out of the ring.

lol.

even frazer almost did, the only thing keeping ali in the ring was the ropes.he wouldve flown to the next street block if it wasnt for them.

no comeon, this is like saying arnold would do weel on the mr o stage today, haha, sure.

a couple body shots from tyson and ali would be vomiting out his guts and internal organs.

haha, ali.

hahhahaha ,henry cooper is hillarious Grin

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX8fq1TcmKM

Ali beat Cooper twice rather easily,,knocked down yes,,but, won both.
He fought Frazier way after his prime and with little rest after fighting 15 rounds with Bonavena, Ali also beat Frazier two out of three.
Tyson -Frazier would have been a great fight, remember Tyson is a bully and Frazier was a "philly" fighter very tough, not easy for either but I could see Tyson looking for a way out.
14 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Muhammad Ali dodges 21 punches in 10 seconds on: January 04, 2014, 10:07:58 PM
A few things would have happened in a Tyson - Ali fight:
Ali never would have stood still
Ali would never touch the ropes
Tyson would be eating jabs all night
Ali wins rather easily
Watch Tyson against Mitch Green or Bonecrusher Smith, pretty close to a prime Tyson. How many rounds did an over the hill Holmes go with Tyson?
Then watch Ali against anyone before he was suspended, not when he came back.
I am a Tyson fan but please not against Ali, no way he wins.

It ll get there, within 10 years the UFC HW champ will be a bigger name than Ali, Tyson or any of those other pillow fighters.

It's early but I nominate that post as the dumbest statement of 2014
16 Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Re: GH & Blood Glucose Levels-should i be concerned? on: December 30, 2013, 05:55:25 AM
Ok I am about 2 months into GH (first time I have tried any PED's) and when I discussed GH therapy with my doctor he said the 2 things he would be concerned about is:

1) Blood Pressure
2) Diabetes Mellitus.

he told be to start on a dose of 0.6ml for a months, do blood works and then go up to 1.2ml.

I did the 0.6ml for about 1 week, then ramped up to 1ml, then went to 1.4ml and eventually up to 1.8ml without his knowledge.

After that I came down to 1.2ml and have stayed at that dose for a while.

Question number 1:

How many IU's is in a ml of GH, is it 3.3 or is it 2.7?Huh?? There seems to be different answers on the net!

Question number 2:

I bought myself a blood glucose monitor and i have been taking my fasting blood glucose levels consistently.

My fasting blood glucose levels in the morning (as of about a month ago were) around 5.3 to 5.5 nmol/l. I am European so I don't know how this converts to american readings???

Recently my fasting blood glucose levels have gone up to 5.9mol and as high as 6.2nmol/l.

Readings always taken before GH injection, first thing in the morning before any food, I don't eat usually after 8.30pm the previous day etc, so results consistent.

SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?Huh

I am not gonna take insulin, so if it means coming off GH i will come off, as I don't want to fucking end up diabetic.

Also if i ditch GH and go on Test Prop instead, are there gonna be any problems with Test and blood glucose levels like there are with GH?

Thanks for your help guys

And you didn't listen to your doctor because?Huh??

18 Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Re: how does 150mg test e compare to natural levels? on: December 17, 2013, 11:28:00 AM
Million dollar question: will hormone levels be comparable to doing IM shots vs sub q shots?

Absolutely the same, use longer needle for IM, sub q maybe up to .7 in in spot. You need a little body fat for sub q, once you get lean I would switch, difficult to pinch belly or fat on the lateral aspect of your abs as you get harder lol

Did blood work Monday and got the results back yesterday.

Any GB'ers ever had a blood test to find their serum Testosterone levels checked b/f?

Thats the # most people refer to, very common for blood work to include that.
21 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Anybody ever try one of these? on: November 29, 2013, 12:14:08 PM
Personal preference, however, I have used that for years for front and back squats, more comfortable than a bar across your delts when doing fronts for sure.
22 Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Vitor Belfort on PED or not? on: November 18, 2013, 06:42:52 AM

once you have taken TRT you have a lifelong physiological advantage over the lifelong non steroid athlete.

TRT is not steroid use, two different things, please research "steroid"

Rambod apparently went Derek Anthony on Feroces kidneys, add that to the latest list that includes:

Palumbo frying Marius Dohne and Anthony Pasquale kidneys and that Italian guy dropping dead after working with Aceto

Do these gurus have any accountability (legally, ethically) to these BBers they are killing?
