Always wondered about this - whether early onset of heavy AAS usage allows for permanent physiological changes. I see long time users - they can keep nearly the same physique, albeit a little more bf. A natural doesn't stand a chance against a PED user who has well timed response and PCT through years of heavy usage and now they are just trying to maintain. |

Since we're in a video posting mood, guess I'm going to have to post mine. Here is me in a video I made a while back for a online contest. 39 reps in this video. Full extension, touching my chest steady and controlled. This is excellent ROM. Anyone talking smack or challenging one another should at least be doing this. That's fair and square. No if's, but's, and no excuses. This is what you should aspire for CSWOL. Your ROM is an utter failure by any sense of the word. No need to bounce, at least touch the chest and come half way up -- not coming up less than 2" and calling that a rep. |

its hard to hit chest when your pumpin the reps, i ususally train without hitting the chest to keep pressure on the chest muscles, just something ive always done, either way im gona be 39 still good for a regular gym guy, half reps or whatever, i said i would video and did, and arce saw me in the gym far from small or fat about 270.
You're not fuckin' teachin bench pressing methodology Charles Atlas wannabe or arithmetic's. So cut the crap on keeping the tension and pressure on the chest muscles. The whole idea was simple, which was too back up your claims. It was a good effort. Nevertheless, you failed. You did 42-43 reps, of which 22 were done within a 1-1.5" range. |
