5/12

Went and swam this morning.  Warmed up for about 100m.  Then did about eight 50m sprints.  I started to think why I was doing sprints.  Stupid stupid stupid.  Active rest day.  So I did another five or six 50m casual (75% intensity) swims.  I didn't flip turn, just a touch of the wall, breath every four strokes, easy.  On one of the misses yesterday my hand/thumb bent weird.  I didn't think anything of it but my ring finger knuckle feels strange.  I am going to xray it tomorrow and see what shows up.  Hard to make a full contracted fist.  Anyway...here is this coming weeks training.  I tried one of my earlier links and they don't work.  Hope this one does:

Several things could have happened....

He could have been eaten by Barney the dinosaur. He could have spontaneously combusted. He could have been made invisible and mute by a wizard. He could have disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle. He could have lost his hands. He could have lost his luggage and he is still at the baggage carousel waiting for it. City life can be daunting for a retarded Aussie.

     

said he was flying from Australia to Los Angeles, and that he needed a ride from me, when he got here. He was supposed to land at LAX at 07:00a.m. Los Angeles time. I told him that I would get him, and take him to where he was going to stay while here in Los Angeles. I got up at 05:00a.m., and left my house. Traffic can take up to two hours just to get there. So I did not want to make him wait even one second for me. Nor did I want him to have to get a shuttle, cab, etc.,     so it takes me one hour, just to get to LAX. Then I wait for him until, get this, 11:00a.m. Los Angeles time! I text him. I call him. I e-mail him. No reply at all. Then I finally decide to leave, and head back home. It takes me another hour just to get home. Now I have just wasted seven hours of my day today. Not to mention gas, anger, etc.,     I hope his plane did not crash. I hope that he did not get in to some kind of accident, etc.,  


but this really, really, sucks

Perhaps you're right. Perhaps I'm getting dates mixed up in my formerly marijuana induced, short term memory impairment, I'm not going to bother looking it up. I apologize for my remarks also. lol...I'm a bit sensitive? It happened in 2011. I just never let you know that I knew. And yes Booty, it did hurt my feelings, especially after I thought we'd squashed everything after I apologized, but that's ok. literally LOL at me being a bit sensitive at the moment. I'm hearing that alot around here lately perhaps there's some truth to it.

Before I knew her on the internet yes. Now, no. It's not a looks thing. She's hot even when she gained weight she was still hot (actually, I liked her better with weight). Amazing physique, you can't argue that. After Momo Beniaziza, Shawn is the best guy under 5'7. despite his lack of many wins.

As a person, which he knows and I believe takes pride in, he's an asshole, a midget, a snitch, a bitch, a tranny fucker, and a diva...Oh yeah, lets not forget about wearing make up and his soprano voice.

He certainly knows how to promote himself.

I do appreciate what he did for bodybuilding for speaking out, when he did but I certainly would never want to break bread with the man.

Aceto is an awesome nutritionist and had a good physique when he was in shape.

I'm not taking sides, just pointing out the obvious. Shawn was one of my favorites growing up until I got to be around bodybuilding. Then that all changed. I'd like to think he's changed with age. He's certainly chilled out alot. I don't know nor do I care at this point.  But I'll admit, he did bodybuilding the way it should be done.

BTW, he def still reads this board and booty is his little stool pigeon.
