Sounds like maybe a bladder infection. The pollen is bad here I had a sore throat a couple of days but gone away now. Good to see you are back into training.
No I don't. I am just drinking a lot of water and flushing my body. My throat doesn't feel the best and behind my eyes either but other than that I am okay. I will see how I feel in the morning.

I am really tired of peeing constantly. I am going through two rolls of toilet paper per day.  I can't go more than ten minutes without having to go. I trained chest and delts today. Spent a third of the time peeing and washing my hands. Chest,delts db chest presses x 5 sets pec deck machine x4 sets db shoulder presses (seated) x 4 sets db lateral raises x 3 sets I am doing cardio in just over an hour. It's outdoors so I am going to have to hold my bladder like I did yesterday. I will aim for an hour again. Edit* Cancelled my brisk walk as my throat feels sore and I feel like I have some sinus thing happening. The flu is going around here...one of my girlfriends just got over it. I will go for my walk in the morning if I am up to it.

It's hard to train/give lesser than 100% of yourself when you are so used to always doing no less than that. Have a good train krank and if you feel that you need a couple more days off walk out and take them.

Although tea has caffeine too, I believe it is better for you than coffee. Do you have a Starbucks where you live? In warm weather their Chai Frappuccino is out of this world. I had a hot Chai Latte this morning on my drive down to Salem for my meeting. That's good too. Of course there is always green tea which is very beneficial to one's health.
I gave up tea months ago. I only drank a couple of cups at night but I was peeing too much in the night. I felt better for giving it up. We don't have a starbucks where I live.  But maybe thats a good thing otherwise I would be too tempted to drink their yummy drinks. I always drink starbucks when I go to the USA. Last time I had one was when I was passing through du bai at the international airport. It was soooo good since I was so tired/jetlagged.

Just a question what brand of coffee do you use? I used to drink ten cups a day training for contests I quit just drink diet coke now.
I drink an italian brand, I can't remember the name. I just switched to it as its smooth and medium strength.

Thats good, water is boring though you got to be tough to get through the withdrawal.
I don't have a headache today, yet. I only dropped two cups per day. But I am serious about cutting that last cup out. I have already thought ahead and decided that when I see my girlfriends for lunch/coffee I will order a hot chocolate on soy instead. I usually get a soy mocha.

Caffiene withdrawal same as any drug takes time so nice you are dropping back booty.
I just think that coffee is very dehydrating. Since it's not as hot I have noticed that I am not drinking as much water. So I have decreased my coffee and increased my water intake. I might even cut the one coffee out in the morning completely.

Hey sausage tits,
Pointing out that something else is stupid doesn't make your thing any less stupid. This thread isn't a "bodybuilding and powerlifting are awesome" thread. It is a "Crossfit is retarded, queer and dangerous" thread. The photo and video evidence posted here is pretty conclusive. Crossfit is indefensible.
If people want to do something that is retarded, queer and dangerous then go for it. It's a free country. I'd just prefer they not strut around with a superiority complex about how intense and hardcore they are. Talk about a false sense of accomplishment.
Krank has a really impressive chest/pecs.
