The worst jetlag was when I travelled to Switzerland.  Throw in swollen feet and a migrane so bad that I was almost vomiting.  Makes the trip to the usa seem short in comparison.

It gets freezing once you get well into the flight.  I am always wrapped up with two blankets, so I will stick to my usual dress attire which is jeans.

I don't do buffets for two reasons.  Firstly there are too many people breathing over the food so it's a high risk to catching a virus or flu.  I think it's dirty.  Secondly, I like to stay seated so that I can enjoy the conversation and company of the person or people I am having a meal with. 

It's sad. She has a short life and one filled with medical probs due to her obesity.
