I'm with Meso and Wes.....body parallel to the floor. Or slightly...SLIGHTLY...hi gher....the way Sharief is doing them in that video is a joke...just do a shrug
Also agree with that other post....BB rows are a bull Move with big weight, not a finesse move.
I have also developed a secret exercise that isolates lats and gives me good width
Is it called "injecting"?

I was 18 when I used 5 iu/day. Shit blew my traps up and I made great gains off it. Good stuff, but I won't use it again until I can afford to run it consistently for a long, long time.

You do have to diet, I think you guys are confusing 5% dry for 6 - 7% wet. When GH15 says you'll be 6% wet on GH and tren, that doesn't mean you'll look shredded. You'll get a body low in fat covered in water. There is an immense difference between 6-7% wet and 5% dry. Those little one or two body fat percentages and all that water make night and day differences in your physique. Now, say you started at 10%, went on GH and tren combo for 3 - 4 months and ate a "normal diet". Drop the GH, have a "clean diet" for 4 to 6 weeks and come back and tell me you were fat to begin with. You weren't. It was all water. Trust me, I've been there. GH15's take on clean diet is this: what is a "clean" diet?
i repedely said it,, from 6 to 4% especialy from 6-7% wet... to 4-5% dry ...there is specific rules need to be followd,, you just wont walk around 4% unless for few weeks...you follow

little icecream and some pine apple to get your head straight from time to time becuase the body needs some fat and i chose to give it from natural sugar like pineapple which replace fruit ...easy to drink and icecream which is best fat for brian ,,as simple as that now if truly natural the icecream thing will have to be minimal!
the meals are not in order can be also sirloin steak and brown rice,, chiken and brown rice...but! i prefer fish like tilapia in mega doses and brown rice to get from 6 to 4% rememnber! you want thin! skin! it wont come naturaly unless you work this way and even ! on hormones! you will have to do it for few weeks ,,
you just buy the damn tilapias ,,get some chiachi hot red souce,, some garlic... grill it in pan ...very thin fish easy to do ,, add to brown rice ready to make packets... and eat many meals a day ,, thats thekey to lose the bodytfat and remain with all muscle on or most..ofcourse you need to have muscle for that...and def not do it all year long,, im talking here weeks 6-7 weeks ...really the clean aspect should be 4-6 weeks if you didnt get after weeks to dry 5% ....then you were not ready 6% dry for natual 5% dry for hormonized ...4% after application of diuretics
very simple to follow,, it just got to be therre when you go from wet 6% that look like 8...to dry 5% that can look like 4!
gh15 approved There you have it.

Lol, it's got <50 approved members so far and no gh15, but fellas are already posting away there. Once gh15 joins and once more are approved, the floodgates will open. We even have the lovely avesher.

First off, the G&O's audience is huge, while the hardcore board's audience isn't. GH15 wants to helps as many people as possible. The more people he reaches, the better.
Secondly, what's the big deal if he posts hormone related things on the G&O? I love his threads, so do many others. If you don't, just don't click on the thread. Nobody forces you to read his threads. What's the big problem?

Hey its what works for you not what works for me. I am surprized at you and Flints though. I figured a couple young kids would be trying to stack the plates on. That's how it was me and my buddies when we started lifting, always trying to outdo the next guy. Constant heavy weights has given me density. A good routine for chest I found is doing a press first, then a flye movement, then press again, then flyes. Think I actually got that from a Nasser chest article. Works well, chest is my best bodypart
I go all out heavy once a month on deadlifts, bench and squat. (I make sure it's the busiest day of the month with lots of chicks around.  ) That's purely ego and to see how strong I really am. The rest of the time it's emphasis on time under tension, contraction and pump!

I get that it's not the all determining factor in getting bigger Flint but do you enjoy just going and pumping up chest with cables and flyes? Boring! I have always strived to be the guy moving the most weight and as a result I am usually one of the biggest guys in the gym. Could I have gotten the same results with a diff routine? Maybe but I will never know. It's not in me to half ass it.
I actually prefer doing those kinda exercises because of the immense pumps they give me. Cables, flyes, incline hammer strength must add like 20" to my chest during a workout, because my chest becomes really thick. Love it.
