There's tons of  different kinds of alcoholics. My uncle was a drunk for the early 80's, quit until 98 and now is jumping between homeless shelters.

One of my friends is a fucking academic nerd, who spends his days talking about bacteria cultures, and than on friday he's blackout drunk by sundown. Does this every weekend, while being one of the top students in his school.

Another drinks a six pack ever single day for years on end, gets dts and everything yet rarely gets drunk.
