tony is a great guy..met him a few times at the oz pro show and is always smiling and willing to take a pix with you or say hello...last time was 2008..im planing going back next year and his gym is awesum to train in..cant wait

hi..what would be the best way to train....whole body 3 times a week or day 1 chest shoulders and tricpes and abs...day 2 legs only and abs and day 3 back biceps and abs..as can only get to the gym 3 days a week

well i think some of you should show respect to tony

he puts on a great show every year..and doesnt see his family for almost 2 month while getting the show ready
i have been to a couple of his show's he also has time to chat with the fans as well

if it wasnt for tony puting in the hard work there wouldnt be a pro show every year

i wont be there this year as have 2 show's getting ready for
