LOL - well in his case at 64 the man boobs didn't mean as much as having a prostate that needed to be shrunk.  But probably not much test to convert to estrogen side effects as a Sr. Citizen.   Shocked

hm, the leaner you are the less estrogen issues youll have.always keep that in mind.

that dosage, i wouldnt take anti estrogens.

but yeah, finasteride to be safe is no bad idea.





My father has to take that for prostate issues.  What are some of the side effects for it?  Is that a safe compound for long-term use?  Wanted to see what all of you thought vs. generic responses from things like webMD.   Wink

So have you started this experiment of 20mg a day?  Let us know what your results are.  I never tried it but always read that orals alone were not real great.  Most suggest using testosterone as a base then adding in something like this.

I just stick with Ipam and then I don't have to worry about side effect problems or becoming sensitive to it.  Plus like Ahmed said you can dose higher when need be.  For me smaller doses work good and helps with sleep and (tendonitis over the long run a bit).  Otherwise it doesn't do much.  Probably equivalent of a very lose dose HGH that a doc would prescribe for health reasons only.

I never think I get much of the empty stomach benefits sort of deal.  Carbs stay in you a long time and I eat all the time.  I have no problem "bulking"  Grin   LOL   But I try to take it empty in the AM and wait about 30-40 mins to eat after.

I did that, I know ALL about all the meds and herbs and supplements for sperm count, quality, motility and test/estro/dht level increasing/balancing/whatever.

In the end, injected test is the best... IF you have a system that does not respond.

Without the clomid, daa, ais, and other bs supps i wouldnt have survived the time off trt... i still kept getting worse and worse off out of shape, libido was meh, mood was meh, etc...

However if someone just has some messed up temporary hormonal imbalance, clomid and say aromasin should fix that up.

That is kind of what I was wondering about ...  at around 400 it isn't off the charts low.  Would some clomid and aromasin help him boost it up a little?  Would be worth a try no?

good luck.  I had those symptoms as well and I still couldn't get HRT cuz my level was 400.. Roll Eyes  Fucking doctors.

What about using some ancillaries to help boost your test?  Could you use some clomid, hcg, a-dex, etc?  I mean if it brings guys on here back to life after a cycle could that help you raise your natural levels?  It won't be the same as a cycle but it may help you feel better no?  I never heard of anyone doing this but just a thought ... maybe not a good one but a thought.  ....  Grin

Ha... I wish I had that problem of not eating.  Heck I can eat a truckload.  Well GHRP-6 will increase appetite for sure.  But I'm sure you know it is like shooting a target with a shotgun.  (side effects possible as it hits the target everywhere - prolactin, cortisol, hypoglycemia, etc) 

But it sounds like your dosing could be the problem.  Try dropping it down to 100mcg of GHRH and 100mcg of GHRP and go 3-4 times per day.  Keep in mind you want to get some effects... not side effects  Cool

Then if that doesn't work switch out the GHRP to either GHRP-2 or best would be Ipam.  Everyone is different so you may need to adjust accordingly.  Be safe, not point in giving yourself some sort of side effect.  Keep us posted.   Wink

What is your dosage range?  Have you tried backing it down to see if the hypoglycemic side effects stop?  And as you probably already know GHRP-6 is the worst for side effects.  If reducing the dosage doesn't help try switching to GHRP-2 or better yet Ipamorelin.   Wink

Couldn't agree more!  And I think that is true for many things but doc's seem to be hung up on making numbers right only and I think sometimes as a result miss the bigger picture.  I understand though .... they probably don't want to get sued.

Usually those signs like sleeplessness is a signal you are over doing it.  You just have to make sure you eat enough and rest enough.  Otherwise he body won't tell you to do more.... it will only complain when it is too much.   Wink

Try it out and see how it works for you.  I used to do a 3 day split because I lifted very heavy.  Then I went more moderate to a 4 day.  Now I do a 6 day routine and love it.  Gotta experiment and see what works for you.  Same for rep range, sets, etc.   Cool

I got the same deal going on.  Many years of martial arts (full contact) and my shoulders and elbows are always hurting.  No bad knee problems ... but wraps, ice, heat pads, etc are all my friends.  LOL   Grin

Gotcha, and I wish I knew an answer for that.  VERY good question!  But if your logic is correct the is it really still worth it to mess with peptides or even HGH?  I mean if it can cause some thyroid shut down or slowdown ... then you will get fat easier, lethargic, etc... so why are we doing pep's and or HGH again?  This thread is making me think man  Shocked

Not sure, I never read anything about GHRP's or GHRH's causing thyroid hormone changes.  How did you hear about this?  Any links?   Huh  Or are you just trying to guess based on elevated HGH levels caused by peptides?  ... wish I knew an answer for ya.

Would a low dose help supplement levels?  Or does thyroid hormones act like others and it shuts you off completely at any dose?  (Sorry don't know too much about T3/T4/Synthroid, etc)

I would agree wraps are mostly for power lifting.  However, they can be good for injuries too.  My lifting partner has had some knee troubles in the past and even with light weight / high reps he claims the wraps help him.  May want to try it if you have bad knees.   Wink

Used to hit every muscle once per week with a 4 day split.  But for the past year +/- been doing 2x a week with a 6 day split.  Doing 6 days work ok for me so far.  I only noticed I just have to eat lots and sleep more.  Naps are a good thing.  So far so good.  Cool
