LOL!  That was funny.  I asked him the same thing!  Of course, someone at Max Muscle told him "Its the new heat!"  He inturned bought it.  I haven't seen the bottle.  Thats why I was hoping that someone knew something.  No one has given any info, which makes me wonder how bad that stuff is.

Im not sure what it is.  My buddy asked me about it, I figured I would ask the masses (GetBig) If anyone can give me any info, it would be helpful.  He said he paid 100.00 for a bottle.  He has been on it for a week and said his stomach has been cramping bad while on it.

I have a friend that has gotten a bottle of Kemical Warfare 2 made by Roman Pharmaceuticals.  Has anyone heard or have any info about the supplement and / or the company?

I was wondering if anyone has any good chicken salad recipes?  I know there are alot of recipes for it, so let them flow.  Also low fat and or low carb recipes would be helpful.  Thanks!!!!

If you back out once to the main page for Nutrition, Products...... Near the top you will find a couple of post that can help. Basic Nutrition, Bodybuilding Foods and Sample Bulking and Cutting Diets come to mind. 

I understand your trying to drop weight, and one miss conception is Bodybuilding Food is just for that, however it just a better, healthier way to eat.

Try to do alittle more cardio then you normally do. EX - If you are already doing :30 X 3 days a week, Do interval training for 2 of those.

Try to watch what you eat in the later times of you normal day, and before bed.

I HATE to run.  Put me in the gym and all I want to do is lift.  Been making myself do cardio and abs lately.  Well got to do what I got to do. LOL Not up to a 10k yet.  But I will be soon!

Yeah. I have been blessed to go the past couple of years.  I was just wondering if anyone had any word yet.  I am waiting to find out if they will do it again this year before I spend money I really don't have to get tickets.

Still on it. Loving it! Messed up one day and took my second dose about 4:45pm.  Went to bed around 10:30 and just laid there awake.  My girl didn't want me to mess with her and couldn't find anything on TV.  Couldn't figure out why I couldn't sleep till bout midnight.  Oh well! Still Love it.

Another thing I think is funny is the bottle tells you to cycle it. No longer than 8 weeks with a 4 week off period.  It was on sale at gnc for $59.00. with shipping it was only $38.00 from BB.com.  Like it so far.  Friend said it has to much caffeine. Im good with it.

A few more questions. What is your goal, How much to do weight & How much do you workout?

Well I ordered it from bb.com and just got it.  Talked to a friend of mine who is really good about supplements and how they should react.  Starting it today.  Will keep everyone posted with what I think.  The one think I think is funny is -- it still isn't on the nutrex site to order.
