LMAO... you would be supprised there are allot of good looking girls in Newcastle.. but certainly not in clubs like that lol
I have not been to Newcastle, so I can not tell but I've been in london and other tourist locations in Europe and met English girls and I am generally not impressed. |

that talk with the nervous system is made up by pussies, if you train too much, you get inflammation in the muscle and that is how you notice if you become overtrained.
if you're a lazy bastard training with low intensity and all of a sudden start training with high volume and high intensity 5 days a week, you'll get burned, but if you increase slowly your body will adapt that includes the nervous system.

I know Martin. He was a 130-140 pounds before bodybuilding and a long distance runner. He was also a billionaire before he even started to lift. He was ALWAYS in the gym and trained 2 times aday. After 5 years he did his first contest and was not that far of size wise as we see here. I think he was 126kg/285 pounds at 6.2. Saw a glimpse of his stack once and the doses were high high. Alot more than gh15 recomends even. He went to prison for awhile because the police raided his home and found so much steroids and some milder rec.drugs that they thought he was dealing. He said it was for personal use but still got 6 months-1 year. In jail he went down to 200 pounds and had a mental breakdown so they moved him to the psych ward. Imagine going cold turkey of all those hormones and bensos he was taking. Everybody would get some serious mental issues from that. After he came out again he blew up as fast as it went away. Dude had the biggest friggin hands and wrists i´ve ever seen. Way bigger than even Yates or Jay.
No, he was arrested in several months awaiting trial. And yes, he was involved in a major underground lab that did underdosed products. judgments of the trial are available online |

LOL He competed in the Olympia 09 and did not place. The guy has a bad back, wide waist, big gut and his lines begin to disappear, the guy is finished
