get a inzer 6 layered steel reinforced shirt as used to by big egen, you will be hitting 500 for reps.
Reebok should make a "The Pump" shirt. It would blow up the chest until it touches the bar while it is still racked. Then you could really show how strong you are.

hahaha, there was a kid in there yesterday, 5'9" 175 pounds, shaved head, chin strap beard, sleeveless Aeropostale shirt with the mighty 14 inch arms on display walking around with the biggest case of ILS i've ever seen so i said, "my God man, you look like you went to the gas station and pumped some air in your lats!!!!!!!" and then i imitated his walk, hahahahaha, he was so embarassed that he put his little sweatshirt.
Wow - so impressive. Maybe you can make fun of a 9 year old next - make sure you brag to us about it too.

Great Plans aside. You had better read the financial sections about AMI being on the verge of defaulting on it's loans. They are just about 1 billion dollars in the red. Comments anyone?
No wonder they were taking back a $200 airline ticket from Lee last year. They will probably add gumball machines to the expo to increase revenue.

25,000+ for the expo, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Only 6,500+ went to the finals. The Orleans Arena can hold close to 8,800 people.
At the Arnold Classic, it is 100,000+ to the expo, but but only about 3,000 people go to the finals. And since the Veterans only holds about 3,000 people, it is always sold out. Which makes the Arnold Classic a very hard ticket to get.
Hope that explains it better... expo vs. actual contest.
Thanks for the clarification. Kind of sad though - looks like the vast majority of people at the expos could care less about the actual show. When 97% of the ASC crowd doesn't go to the show, that's sad. Maybe it should be renamed the "The cheerleading/karate/skateboarding show (w/bbing side show)"

I think MD being a sponsor of the ASC is a smart move by them. After Flex shut them out of the O press related activities, they needed to do something business-wise that would move them forward.
It's like picking the better of two evils: MD > Flex

Both are great and funs shows! The expo is bigger at the Arnold, and there are a lot more people, but 80% of the people are not bodybuilding oriented (aka, cheerleading, ping pong, karate, and 25 other competitions). Still, 100,000+ people go to this expo and events, which makes for the 2nd largest event in Columbus, Ohio, and one of the best. The Arnold rivals the Olympia in terms of prize money, although in recent years, the Olympia has generated some of the highest prize money ever.
The Olympia crowd is more bodybuilding oriented, about 25,000+, but 80% here are for bodybuilding, this making this event a more prestigous event for the bodybuilding crowd. It features the top bodybuilders of the world, and is considered the crowning acheivement of bodybuilding.
Ron, I'm not disagreeing with your post - but find it hard to believe that 25,000 go to Vegas for the O. I have been to Vegas for the O and also other trade shows. There is no way 25,000 go but only 6500 go to the show. I have been to shows with 25000 people, the O isn't close (or it wouldn't be held at the Mardi Gras Hotel).
