Proportionally speaking, you dipshit. Is this your idol?  aren't you like in your earliy twenties? and on drugs? and you still look like shit? i swear for every young teenager/guy in their early twenties that makes threads like this they should get a tatoo on their face that says dont mate with me....to keep the young bitches from getting knocked up by worthless male specimens.
Sorry, I keep forgetting this forum is 99% top level pros walking around at 250+ shredded with super human genetics  Some people like myself are not that lucky, bud. I'm in my late 20's. Up till I was 16 I was naturally 103-110 lbs. I put in some serious work for 10 years and made it to 200 lean and natty before I ever touched a drug. I've only done two cycle btw. I just wanna hit 220 lean and stay there. That's my goal. If that's too tiny for this site, then I guess I'll go elsewhere. Speaking of which, show us what a worthwhile male specimen looks like, big guy. Got some pics?

I always thought my legs were too big, and I was right. I hate that. 1 inch doesn't sound like too much, but with small arms, it sucks. Fucking genetics.
I'm only cruising on 300mg test right now. So of course I can't eat like that. I'll keep dieting and maybe do cheat days on arm days.

I'm fat right now for sure. Definitely not over 12%, but more like 10-11%.
But how will I target my diet to lose waist and gain on arms? Isn't it counter-intuitive? Or is it training I should adjust??

yes there is a pretty much consensus bbuilder contest diet.
when you get to 5percent or less bodyfat once in your lifetime, youll know there isnt much magic involved and no room for trying out new stuff.
youll know when you get there once, this is the best description i can give to you.
i been there repeatedly and im not telling anyone onmore how to do it, everyone has to find out for themselves.
good luck reading all the books, it will help you fuck all.
Damn you, galeniko. When will it be mine turn for 5%?! I ran tren at 700/week for 4 months with diet and cardio and still couldn't get below 8%. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I'm just gonna blame genetics, or up the dose next time.

Anymore and I'd be way too bottom heavy. I already drastically reduced the workload but quads have always been my strong point. Should I just stop them completely for like 2-4 weeks and just do cardio? Or should I try real high reps (20-30)?

I tried doing bodyweight crunches and shit every morning, or most days of the week, but I usually wake up lazy and in no mood to do sit ups. So I said fuck it I'll just do it post work out with weights, but after an hour of intense lifting I'm just too tired to be doing that shit. My abs look pretty good for never really working them out, but now that I'm getting really lean, I feel like I may benefit from working on my core.
Any bros in the same boat? What do you guys do for your abs??

Alright, let's try this then. My last meal of the day is my post workout meal.
1 cup egg whites 1/2 cup oats or 1 banana (~30g carbs) 2 tbsp peanut butter
250g tilapia 1 tbsp coconut oil Green veggies 250g tilapia 1 tbsp olive oil Green veggies
200g chicken thighs 250g tilapia 175g rice or 180g yams/sweet potato (~50g carbs)
Totals: 90g fat, 85g carbs, 288g protein, 2300 kcals (Veggies are not counted)
Am I good to get shredded now??

Ok, so here's how the new diet looks
3/4 cup egg whites 3 whole egg 1/2 tbsp olive oil
250g tilapia 1 tbsp coconut oil 250g tilapia 1 tbsp olive oil
200g chicken thighs 150g sweet potato
250g tilapia 175g rice
Totals: 94 fat, 83 carbs, 294 protein, 2375 kcals.
Sunday I'll carb up around 300-400g.
(last two meals are pre/post workout meals. Meals with no carbs include a couple of servings of green veggies. I did not count those in my caloric intake).

You are not supposed to take an anti-depresent like Zoloft with Tramadol. When mixing the 2 the chances of having a siezure goes high. Just google anywhere about Tramadol and siezures with an SSRI?
I should mention everything, besides AAS, is pretty low dosed. Zoloft is at 5mg and the painkillers are at the lowest they prescribe.

What's wrong with your back that you need four drugs for it?
Years of heavy deadlifts led to a small fracture in lower back. I finally got it diagnosed, so it's pain pills and pt, no surgery. I don't like painkillers but I maybe developing a habit. Tren and sust are at 700 and 350 ew, respectively.
