Perfect contest prep cycle depends on your body's reaction to certain gear. If you want to grow into the show id start shooting 12 iu gh post workout meaning only on training days, bump your Clen and t3 up 20 mcg every 2 weeks, add cardio in at 20-30 minutes last month, starve yourself and cycle carbs, 2 low 1 high For gear. 150 tren a 150 mast 150 prop 150 eq, bump that up by 25 mg per compound every 2-3 weeks. At 1 month out bring prop to trt doses (like 1cc m/w/f) and shoot tne on workout days a few hours preworkout at 150 - 200 mg. Last month increase dose by 50 mg per 2 weeks add in halo at 30 mg/day use anadrol in the last weeks to stay full and drop prop last week sub tne for it to stay thick. Play with diuretic of your choice but be careful.
Also unless you're an npc competitor why would you be messing with these doses? Especially with such low hgh

Im taking in under 1500 calories a day for nearly a month on top of fat burners and 30-40 minutes of cardio and my poundages have not decreased. Starving yourself will leave you oddly energized in the gym and the results you see daily makes you want to push even harder. If you feel flat that's when you Carb up.

I've been dieting for almost a month now, and I have to ssay eating light and doing 30-40 minutes of cardio with every training session has made me all around healthier, leaner, and I feel better throughout the day. What I ate today 10 liquid egg whites w/90 calorie fiber one bar 2 packets low sodium tuna and 6 crackers 3 light cheese sticks and a pepperoni stick Bowl of cereal with special k and a granola bar Getting leaner by the day due to a reduction of calories and 75 mg epjedrine/75 mcg t3 Life is good

Favorite protocol I've done was 2 x a week, my hams and chest are lacking so I took my daily dose multiplied by 7, divided it up by two and shot post workout im. Wish I would have continued on with it for a few more weeks. Definite growth in those areas but im relatively new to hhormones and was also taking 100 mg droll and cialis ephedrine and caffeine preworkout

Many "well off" people have depression and think about suicide. But very few talk about it. And in a lot of cases its not the fact that they can't deal with life outside of them but don't like what is in their head. In some cases life outside the head is the easy part.
I agree with this, life in its physical form is easy, physical strains and pain is nothing in comparison to mental stress and pain

I don't get why everyone on this board thinks you can eat like shit and look fantastic, people have said it a million times lol, you can cheat but you should eat reasonably the majority of the time this means instead of 3 burgers and some fries a day eat Burger and fries, tuna and rice, egg whites and pineapple with a banana or two. I mean what's so hard about this tuna and Rice with some sauce is a pretty fuckin tasty meal and its gonna be easy as hell too make also. Do you guys just eat like shit for no reason?

Been on 5 iu thanktropin for 2 months Been on 100mg prop and 100mg tren eod, and 280mg sust per week for 2 weeks now
I know 2 weeks ain't shit, but combined with the gh for 9 weeks, and everything everyone on this site says about tren and thanks, I'd expect to look a bit better than I do.
I started at 210 10%, right now I'm at 210 10%. Sure I haven't looked any worse if I cheated on my diet here and there, and I may have gotten slightly better looking, but I diet and workout pretty damn good, at least 85%, why am I not seeing the results like everyone claims??
I'm going to continue this for 2 more weeks, then I will drop the prop, up the sust to 350 per week, and the tren to 75 ed. 2 weeks of that, and if no real results, upping the tren to 100 ed. Still no results at the end of the 8 weeks, then I'm just quitting the juice and becoming an alcoholic.
I'm gonna assume you aren't a true 10%, also with Mega doses you dont have to wworry about ddiet, but what you're on you will still have to be concious of what you eat to achieve results like you want.
