I go down to my HRT dose 4 weeks out and test fine, but if you're running tren, proviron, masteron, dbol, or eq (there may be others, but I know these for sure) your free test will come back way too high even if your total is in range.  Deca, NPP, turinabol, and anavar don't bother mine so thats what I use from 4 weeks out of my blood work.  I got my dose knocked down on EQ and Tren from 200 a week to 300 every other week.

Before I was married I dated a figure girl for a couple years.  She was naturally very small (like 5'2 105) so she tried everything to put on size.  I know she worked her way up to 25mg var and 100mg primo (she would only use human grade gear).  She hated winstrol...made her hair shed a lot.  She used 10mg, 15mg, and 20mg per week of watson cyp....which gave her the best size gains, but it did a number on her skin so she had to stop it.  She loved clen and eca prior to shows, but she leaned out easily.

I think you would really have to go overboard to OD on T3.  I have ran 300mcg for 6 weeks before and other than fatigue and dry nails and hair, I was fine.  I know someone who went to 900mcg with liquid T3 to hit a weight class (regional "guru" was coaching him) and he was miserable and could hardly function, but he wasn't hospitalized or anything...and won his class.

Get down to 7-8% and then eat clean at maintenance calories Monday through Friday, loosen up on the weekends, and train with decent intensity 3 days a week.  You're not gonna grow, but you shouldn't go over 10%.

Or you could cycle 8-12 on 4-6 off, 4-6iu hgh per day, eat 500 calories above maintenance, train hard 4 days per week, and eat a good dirty meal Wednesday,  Saturday, and Sunday. Then you'll stay under 10% and make some solid gains.

It's a shame the 212s weren't around when he turned pro.  Imagine if he had to keep everthing tight to stay in class instead of chasing mass monsters with a 5'4 frame....he could have been the greatest small guy since Franco.  Just picture if he brought that density and condition but had to keep his midsection and thighs inline with his structure.

So you did them Dorian's way 3 or 4 times and decided they were crap?  Some movements take time and you have to learn the groove and shift your focus.  I guarantee Dorian and I both have thicker hams than you...so give it a good fair shake.  Really focus on pushing your ass back and remember the contraction is being initiated by hip extension so you should be feeling it stronger from the top than from the knee.  Leg curls will hit them from the knee up.

Stiff-legs are a low back movement...romainian deadlifts are a hamstring movement.  

Slightly bent legs, just focus on pushing your ass back.  You should hit maximum tension on your hamstrings at 3-4 inches below your knees....anything past that is shifting the focus from your hams to your lower back.  It took me 10 or 12 years to learn that...I had always thought SLDLs and RDLs were the same thing and basically a "stretching" exercise.

He looks flat in the last two...especially in the thighs.  Mis-timed carb up or diuretic issues.  I think he's using Oscar Arden for prep now and if memory serves correct he brought Kai in very flat for a couple shows before they got it semi-worked out.  Of course Kai went to Farah and has looked a little better since, but that could just be access to better drugs as well.

For me RDL's to 3 or 4 inches below the knee...legs slightly bent, pushing your ass out behind you are far superior to stiff-leg deads which is all lower back for me.

4 heavy sets of those, then 1 20 repper.  Then do leg curls either lying or standing (seated is a half movement).  If lying raise up on your elbows so you are facing forward and at the top try to lift your quads up off the pad (you won't really be able to but it will force you to contract from both ends of the muscle).  Once you fail with that form you can do them the normal way to get 4 or 5 more reps.

Not a pro, but I do wanna win some plastic trophies.  These drugs are safe comparatively speaking...I mean I have a better chance of dying in a crash on the way to the gym (or driving an hour home after a 14 hour night shift) than I do taking a little slin.

Dumping blood is indicated if your hematocrit is high, which you can only know if you get blood work done. If you're blasting some big doses I'm fairly certain your hematocrit is going to be high bro.

HCT and HBG are normal after 4 week cruise...but I have no idea what they are while blasting.  I guess it couldn't hurt anything to give the blood.

Hitting Vitamin Shoppe now to load up on these supps.

Basically a paleo diet with added sweet potatoes and rice at various meals to up my carb intake.

Health supps: multi, apple cider vinegar, fish oils (diet needs to be HIGH in omega 3's), superfood powder goes in my morning shake, also drink about 8oz a day of cranberry juice concentrate, the expensive stuff that is sold in bottles and is sour as fuck. This isn't for my kidneys, it's for my LIVER (stole this from John Meadows.)

Cardio daily

Stay lean/light as possible while sticking to your goals

Bloodwork every few months. Blood pressure checks 1-2x a week.

Healthy as a horse  Cool

Also, do take all these in the a.m. or throughout the day?

And what about donating blood?  I read thats important if you stay on all the time.

Cool....this is what I was looking for.   My diet could be better (I'll usually eat a dirty meal every few days...especially since my gains have stalled out).  The rest of the time it's pretty straight though.  I aim for 450g protein, 800g of carbs, and let the fats come from my beef, eggs, and the butter and coconut oil I cook with.  BTW, I'm 312 at the moment so I know it sounds like a lot but I'm thinking I need more to get things moving again.  My carbs are all rice, oats, potatoes, fruits, and dextrose/maltodextein around training.

I can easily add in the supps you recommend and if the blood pressure doesn't come down then I'll talk with my doc about it next month when I go for bloods.

Still not sure about the cardio...yes, im holding some heavy bloat and extra fat right now, but I don't want to sacrifice gains.  I'll be heavy on cardio from September on when I prep, but right now it seems like taking a step back.

Fair enough.  Maybe I'll make every other cruise 8 weeks instead of 4 and see how that looks.  I try to time it with my HRT bloodwork so my test is safely in range when they draw.

Fella might have inherent cardiac or cholesterol issues causing the elevated BP that may not be picked up by the MD. Not immediately dealing with this relatively basic issue = fail

Cholesterol has always been good (after a 4 week cruise).  What other markers should I pay attention to?

Yes, if you're not able to get cardio in range with lifestyle modifications get on BP meds.  Don't fuck around with that

Would the cardio even matter if I added in more calories to cancel it out?  I really want to grow.
