Have you seen Bertil Fox's form? It's the worse, and look at Branch Warren and JOJ as well. As CT said, form tends to be over rated, if you look at some of the biggest dudes (on the streets)--many of them lift penitentiary style...which means half reps, forced reps, etc.
As well as high doses and years of PED's, it's not the form that got them that way. All that does is cause injuries. There is no secret, its just lifting weights up and down, PED's, and years in the gym. Yelling , screaming, and risking injury doesn't make a god damn difference.

NOWHERE will you find that I claimed to be 250 or even 235 "lean". I clearly explained that, on more than one occasion.

As you said, dieting slowly is the key to minimizing muscle loss.
Look at Ronnie in his prime. When he was competed in the 250-260 range, he was around 300 in the off-season.

Cell-Tech wasn't even on the market, back when I was in college and didn't hit the stores until I GRADUATED.

Big ACH what is your fucking point? You just said you gained like 60 lbs and dieted down after a year for a total of 4 lbs? That's 4 lbs out of 60 lol. This guy claimed 20 lbs of muscle in 6 months. Every highschool kid does this, maybe entering university. Eat big, pull 450-500 lbs, hit a 300 lb bench and think the 50 lbs they gained is all muscle. Then they diet from 220 and lean down to 170 and reality hits. Or they stay like mcway, permanently delusional.

If this is true then you have some of the best genetics in the world. Do you have photos of this transformation? Did you measure your bodyfat content?
He didn't gain 1 lb of muscle. He is a delusional perma bulker. Just like all those other idiots who will argue the 20-30 lbs they gained in 6 months was all muscle, "man". Idiots. I gained in two years, 200 lbs on my deadlift, from 400 to 600 lbs. Do you know how much weight I gained. 20 lbs, actual muscle? 3 pounds in IDEAL situation over 2 fucking years. Fucking clown.

Why anyone would risk injury to be strong when you can get better results without it. Worst thing I ever did was lift heavy for years. Give me a weight I can hit for 10-15 reps, high volume, and I don't give a fuck if I am lifting the lightest weights in the gym. The whole hardcore mentality is for kids. If you enjoy it so be it. But training not to get injured, or at least minimize it is the smartest thing you can do. It's about longevity, and looking good, not I lifted this much weight to impress some dumb fuck I don't even care about. He gets injured his whole lively hood is gone.
The reality is you don't have to deadlift or squat, or barbell bench either.

Exactly. 5'8 and a blocky waist natural at 220. No, that's called fat and delusional as fuck. That's the problem until you have been lean, you don't realize how fat you fucking are.
I trained naturally for 11 years, bested 3x bodyweight deadlifts at over 600 lbs, benched well into the mid 350's, weighed low 200 lbs at 6 foot. No matter how strong I got, how slow i bulked, ate, w/e I never got close to 200 lbs at single digits. All of us who lifted seriously naturally pretty much peaked after 3 years, just a bit more dense as we got older. And I was still leaner than 90% of the gym population. Any time I got fucking lean, I was low 180's at best. Stage lean I would of been 170's.
