Never really got into DM per se, but I've must've given Symbolic by Death a 1000 combined spins since I first discovered it a decade back. Death really are pretty much the only "technical" Death Metal band (as opposed to Melodic Death and similar bastardisations) I've enjoyed.

Well, you have a kid like Fat Mendes snatch 207kg / 457lbs at age 20, which is "only" 7kg / 15lbs off the official world record. I'm aware that at this level adding minimal weight will take a long time, but you get the point. Needless to say, he and some other athletes of his gyms were busted in their first comps. |

I know I'm wasting my time doing this, but alas, here are my "donut arms".  The thing that it seems that many (most) of you don't understand is that bodybuilding is about progress... your progress. Are you better today than you were yesterday? You don't have to compare yourself to anyone else. Just be the best you. I see A LOT of insecure keyboard warriors with low self esteem which is sad. Even you getbiggers can do/be whatever you want to be. You don't have to put others down in order to feel better about yourself. Am I where I want to be? Hell No!! But it is all about the process and the journey. This board is such a cesspool of negativity and hate, and it is disheartening how far this place has fallen. I may be a follower of gh15, but I am a human being first and you guys' mindsets truly is depressing and I can only wish that you can climb out of the pits many of you are in. Ok, enough wishy washy stuff.  Hey press secretary, Considering the kigtropin saga will be made into a film - will gh15 ever deliver the "gh15 and the bodybuild factory" movie? We have DOZENS of guys and girls showing awesome results because of GH15 lessons.
nothing wrong with the future missy, except you need to put in work and think little bit for yourself which you cant seem to do.
DOZENS out of the 1000+ people that run 2+g of gear a week for months and years on end. Impressive. I've brought this up before, you gave me one of your bullshit speeches. The handful of people who look "good" by bodybuilding standards already looked good before they ever heard of your "bible". The other decent physiques are nothing you couldn't find on the most basic bodybuilding/fitness boards (hell, there are people on 4chan's /fit/ that would put 95% of your members to shame, and that place is a real cesspool). Let's talk efficiency. Your little board is basically Soviet Union/Russian/Chinese weightlifting system for bodybuilding in a nutshell. A big fucking grind. You throw in a thousand people, give them massive amounts of gear, and then when as little as 1% of them come out with the desired result, you claim world class. Your bible doesn't produce predictable results. YES, I fully understand in the end it comes down individual gear response and hookups, but stop claiming that by your protocols everyone could become a bodybuilder. Because your board and its members prove it wrong. And because your answer is so fucking predictable: thanks, but I have a girlfriend, frequently have nice meals at nice restaurants, leave the house plenty, and I also do work out 4 times a week. |

haha this is cool, you guys are just reaching for anything you can get now, nice! If you need coaching (you dont have money but this is all theoretical anyway) you know where to reach me It must feel good to wake up to a cold morning, get your jacket on and go 45mins to work. And then the day and hard work is JUST starting  Poor old me, wake up when my dick gets hard, make some eggwhites and mango and 'go' to work. One hand on my balls and other pushing some buttons. And the hard work continues like this for no less then 15 minutes and then its time for a break for a few hours. Brains need rest too! A couple of meals later, gym time (I know this sounds like chinese to you, but bare with me) and a nice meal outside and then perhaps some more key punching for another 10mins before I call it a day for work But thats the difference between people with brains and people....oh well you get it allready All this typing just made me tired. But thanks for the free promotion guys, I appreciate it! Who is going to read ALL that

This board is a FREEDOM board and freedom is not exclusive
The quality of anything is proven by itself and thus the people gravitate towards it.
GB destroyed itself when it stopped being a bodybuilding board and start being a gimmick run negativity board
That is the reason most quality posters switched to our board.
Its sometimes good to have a dump of a board to go have a look to remind us how bad things can get and thus we value more what we have on our board.
Some of the pricks on GB deserve being treated the way they do. Its called reaction to their actions and the person doing it is FAR from being like that here where he (and all) feel valued and supported.
But sometimes it is NEEDED to speak up against bullshitters and people who want to destroy good things others have |
