Had an order seized once. Made the mistake of ordering from a non-EU source (living in mainland Europe), which increases the probability of getting your shit seized manifold I reckon (especially when your source ships from a "high risk country"). Didn't respond to the seizure notice, as recommended by some fellas on a national board I browsed during the time. Got a letter from LE a few weeks later, gave me the choice of either paying a moderate fine and have all charges dropped, or having an investigation launched. Decided to do the former and was let off the hook. No idea what would have happened if I just denied everything, since it was a very small order. No idea what kinda investigation they would have launched for some guy ordering an absolutely miniscule amount of PEDs. In retrospect I think that's their standard procedure, and if I had just ignored it, nothing would have happened, but I guess I'll never know.
Been ordering from an EU source ever since without problems.

Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: the "science" of fat loss

This depends on the total amount of both, though. More carbs ingested, and less fats, more carbs are stored and less fat, vice versa its the same.
Carbs are only stored as fat in significant amounts if your diet is artificially low in fat (rule of thumb would be <10% of total caloric intake from fat) or after artificially high carb overfeeding (we're talking 600-800g every single day for at least 3-4 days). The only pathway for this conversion in humans is de novo lipogenesis, which is a way smaller player than most people make it out to be. The way carbohydrates contribute to fat gain is via insulin/activation of lipoprotein lipase, which blocks the oxidation of fatty acids.

1. If it was a study where the participants reported their caloric intake/activity level themselves, it's bullshit because people tend to overestimate activity and underestimate intake by quite a big margin.
2. An isocaloric amount of fat and carbohydrates is, depending on composition, not providing the same amount of energy. Fat is processed and stored with near 100% efficiency and little TEF, whereas up to 20% of the carbohydrates you take in might just be "lost" (not absorbed; mainly dependent on fiber content). Carbohydrates also have a higher TEF.

So are you still running it? Not commenting on you but I have friends who's acne was straight up disgusting. I didnt get the tradeoff for being big but loaded with acne.
Yes, I'm still running it. It looked pretty terrible for some 10-11 days, starting after 2-3 injections. Now it's almost back to normal (~3 weeks in). Benefit:Risk is still in favor of Tren for me.

No problem. Let me know how it works out. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to see results. Broke out pretty bad from tren - will try this, thanks for the tip. Ordered generic Benadryl, dosed 25mg/tab. Is the original Benadryl dosed like that as well or higher?
