5  Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Re: orals vs injectables on: April 28, 2014, 05:34:48 PM
everybody is gonna tell you it's a mistake to only use orals.. it's a mistake many make and find out too late.

that being said, if you're dead set against injections and only want orals, don't fuck around and waste time with weak shit and low doses because you're afraid of side effects.. if you're afraid of side effects, do injections.. you can't have it both ways... also, the side effects from orals, or any AAS for that matter are usually greatly exaggerated.

now, if you just want orals.. I've had a number of ppl get great results from 500mcg methyltrienolone/day alone for 2 months... I believe there's a couple who've gone longer than 2 months, but I don't recall anybody using for more than 3.

if I HAD to use just orals for a 1st cycle, I'd run 2 months of methyltrienolone at 500-750mcg/day (split in 2 doses.. or 3) plus a month of a combo of dbol and winstrol at the end at 25mg each. followed by a week of 50mg/day clomid. stay off as long as you like, then repeat. no need to increase the doses each cycle.

ideally, I'd rather see you run 500mg test/wk plus 200mg tren enanthate.. which should come out to a single 3cc injection each week for 15wks. that's 3 bottles of test and 2 bottles of tren e. should only cost a couple hundred bucks.

nikka. for this guy a 50/50 dbol winny 6-8 week run is better than that in so many ways.

shit from a couple European countries as well.. different manufacture, different packaging, different order/ship methods, so it's not just remailers remailing Chinese stuff, but you can take a Pepsi Challenge between those, Chinese, and us/European pharma stuff. no difference in melting points, potency (perceived effects), taste, smell, appearance, 'mixability', ect... except the European shit is 20-40% more in most cases. some guys want stuff that's not from china and I accommodate for a fee.

I'm sold bro. Where do I sign?  Grin

Does 30 mg of winstrol emulate the gains of 50 mg anavar? Any similarities in gains/dryness?
11  Getbig Bodybuilding Boards / Steroids Info & Hardcore / Anadrol while cutting? on: April 10, 2014, 06:06:32 PM
I would not be taking anadrol to actually cut down because im at or below 10% but what I do want to do is gain weight but stay lean. Dbol obviously is not an option but anadrol im considering.

Something like

1-6 drol 50-75 mg
1-10 test 400 mg
1-10 deca 400-600 mg

I have never taken drol and dont know what it will do to me so what should I expect? How does it behave for someone with low bodyfat?
People who have run drol and test or drol and something else chime in. I dont want the esfitness cycles with 20 compounds lol
12  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Jobs on: April 09, 2014, 02:52:13 PM
Jobs and Apple was a rough time.  People seem to forget that apple was on the verge of collapse, they got rid of jobs who ran out of ideas.  He went and started Pixar and made billions selling it to disney, went back to Apple in a total scam where he grants himself stock backdated at a cheaper price and works purely on stock price.  They come up with the ipod idea (they not him)  his designers and such and then promote the shit out of it in rap and pop videos and commercials, the sheep then follow.  But their biggest success was reinventing the mac into that all-in-one that got Apple hot again

This is interesting info. I'd like to know more...

I always believed that at any major company, the ideas and prototypes of innovative technologies such as the iPod, Windows XP, Android, GTA 5, etc...were the creation of genius designers and creative thinkers that are simply brilliant and have no political power/interests such as the money tycoons Jobs, Gates, shit even Nicholas Tesla's ideas are widely implemented into technologies around the world and much of Edison's work was based off of material he stole from Tesla's labs...

The movie "Jobs" was definitely worth watching but the Jewish scent is definitely present in regards to portraying Jobs as a gift to the world...

I miss the days when a kid got picked on and then that kid decided to join a gym to get big muscles and returned to school to punch out his school bully in the cafeteria and then became prom king and shortly thereafter squeezed the head cheerleaders big ole boobies.

Today the kids that get picked on don't join gyms to make muscles.  Instead they stab, shoot and murder random classmates, remain emo twinks and never touch the boobies.

That's how the upper interests want things. Media is told to glorify incidents such as these and guarantees you fame for committing evil. I wonder what the stats are for how many of these kids were prescribed psychotropic drugs...

The size you are right now is correlated to your daily output of work. If you want to get big and stay big, you need to increase the co-efficient of correlation by training 5-6 days a week and your body will recognize the change, and increase its size to match the correlation coefficient.
17  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Malaysian Airlines flight is missing, 239 passengers on board on: March 19, 2014, 05:13:52 PM
There was an argument on Slate, against the fire theory. Here's an excerpt:

Goodfellow’s theory fails further when one remembers the electronic ping detected by the Inmarsat satellite at 8:11 on the morning of March 8. According to analysis provided by the Malaysian and United States governments, the pings narrowed the location of MH370 at that moment to one of two arcs, one in Central Asia and the other in the southern Indian Ocean. As MH370 flew from its original course toward Langkawi, it was headed toward neither. Without human intervention—which would go against Goodfellow’s theory—it simply could not have reached the position we know it attained at 8:11 a.m.

"All big champions got that way lifting really heavy weights"

These morons are responsible for countless injuries and stupid gym and training choices. As a teen, I really believed it because everyone was doing it. But like many others, I felt the need to do "pump" sets to really feel the muscle stimulated properly. Later I realized that "pumping" IS the actual training and the heavy stuff is a weird fetish males have who should try powerlifting.

These liars and con artist basically used our own mind against us. Hmm, sound familiar..

Another thing: "You need LOTS of protein.. can't eat it so shakes are a MUST." Now please shell out a lot of cash for useless powders... ads looked enticing. They should do ads for equipoise, deca and primo.

Lies lies and more lies that are perpetrated today. By summer I will finish a book in english detailing EXACTLY what bodybuilding is, exposing all the lies and detailing the truth everyone can learn from. Including the history.

This needs to be put at the entry of every training forum. People assume pump sets means pussy weight and a million reps. It just means lift a weight that you can feel the muscle contracting and fatiguing the muscle. Not your nervous system and joints.

And the next thing people dont understand is that whatever weight you do these pump sets with, sooner or later these pump sets will be too easy and then you move up in weight, and get a new level of contraction for the heavier weight which requires more blood and tissue.....

Also, to all the parrot professionals, protein from powder is no different from protein from food in the sense of it building muscle. I can take in 200 grams of protein all from powder, and as long as I have the rest of my macros sorted out and take a multi, fish oil, and a couple minerals, I will gain and gain nicely.

i believe years ago, BSN had a class action lawsuit against one of their supplements.. and BSN lost.. due to not containing what the label said it had... im sure if someone can google it they can find it

Yeah it was settled in late 2009 I believe..

To: All persons who purchased a Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition, Inc. (?BSN?) Product labeled as containing ?Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate? or ?CEM3? including, but not limited to, ?Cellmass,? ?Nitrix,? and ?N.O.-XPLODE? in the United States, its territories, or at any United States military facility or exchange for personal use from November 6, 2003, through July 6, 2009.

You may be a class member in a class action lawsuit known as Rivera v. Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition, Inc. et al., Case No. SACV07-1306 JVS (the ?Action?), in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

The purpose of this Notice is to advise you that a proposed settlement of the Action has been reached. As part of the proposed settlement, class members who submit valid claim forms with proof of purchase are entitled to, among other things, a refund check of $15.00 for each CEM3 product purchased during the class period, with a maximum refund limit of $30.00.

Defendant BSN develops, manufacturers and distributes nutritional supplements. Plaintiffs filed a class action lawsuit against, among others, BSN, alleging that BSN made misrepresentations on its product labels and other marketing material with regard to the existence of ?CEM3? in BSN?s products.

BSN denies any wrongdoing and any liability whatsoever, and no court or other entity has made any judgment or other determination of any liability.

The Parties have determined that it is in their best interests to settle the Action on the terms generally discussed below in order to avoid the expense, inconvenience, and interference with ongoing business operations of further litigation.

The Honorable James V. Selna of the United States District Court, Central District of California, has determined that the Action should be certified as a class action for settlement purposes only, with Plaintiffs as the class representatives, and has granted preliminary approval of the settlement, subject to a final fairness hearing discussed below.

BSN has agreed to refrain from selling, marketing, advertising, and/or manufacturing any products claimed to contain CEM3. BSN has also agreed to, for a period of three years, affix a $5.00 mail-in rebate coupon to each bottle of Cellmass sold in the United States and affix a $3.00 mail-in rebate coupon to each bottle of Nitrix sold in the United States. For a period of two years, BSN has agreed to affix a $3.00 mail-in rebate coupon to each bottle of N.O.-Xplode sold in the United States (collectively, the ?Rebates?). With each redeemed Rebate, consumers may choose to also receive a free sample pack ($2.15 retail value) of either Cellmass or N.O.-Xplode. Redemptions shall be capped at $50.00 per customer per year. If, by April 30, 2010, total redemption of the Rebates does not exceed $2,500,000.00, BSN has agreed to offer for 12 months, a 25% discount on all direct retail sales of any BSN product (excluding apparel, liquid beverages, sample packs, and promotional items or programs) to all of their customers.

Additionally, BSN has agreed to provide refunds for Authorized Claimants who submit valid claim forms and purchase receipts. Authorized Claimants will be provided a refund check of $15.00 for each CEM3 product purchased during the class period. Cash refunds will be limited to a maximum of $30.00 per authorized claimant. BSN?s obligation to pay cash refunds is limited to the payment of refunds actually claimed and subject to a maximum of $1,500,000.00.

Finally, BSN has agreed to donate a total of $1,000,000.00 worth of BSN products to charitable causes selected by BSN and approved by Class Counsel over the next five years.

If the Court approves the proposed settlement, it will enter a dismissal of the Action with prejudice as to all class members. All class members who do not validly and timely request to be excluded from the proposed settlement will be forever barred from prosecuting their own lawsuits and deemed to have released, among others, BSN and each of its direct or indirect parents, wholly or majority owned subsidiaries, affiliated and related entities, predecessors, successors and assigns, partners, privities, and any of their present and former directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, attorneys, accountants, insurers, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, or any of them, from all manner of action, causes of action, claims, demands, rights, suits, obligations, debts, contracts, agreements, promises, liabilities, damages, charges, penalties, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys? fees, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, fixed or contingent, which they have or may have arising out of or relating to any of the acts, omissions or other conduct that have or could have been alleged or otherwise referred to in the Action.

On October 19, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held on the fairness of the proposed settlement. At the hearing, the Court will entertain any objections and arguments concerning the proposed settlement?s fairness. The hearing will take place at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Courtroom 10C, 411 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana, California.

To be entitled to participate in the refund portion of the settlement, class members must accurately complete a Claim Form and deliver that form with a retail store or online receipt to the Claims Administrator no later than September 22, 2009:

Rivera v. Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition, Inc.
Claims Administrator
c/o Gilardi & Co. LLC
P.O. Box 8060

The delivery date is deemed to be the date the form is deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage pre-paid, as evidenced by the postmark. You may request a Claim Form from the Claims Administrator at the address above or download one at www.SupplementSettlement .com.

Under the law, you have the right to exclude yourself from the class if you wish to pursue a separate lawsuit against the defendants or for any other reason or no reason at all. If you exclude yourself from the class, you will not be entitled to participate in any recovery by the class, and you will not be bound by the settlement.

If you desire to be excluded from the class, you must send a letter or postcard, addressed to the BSN Claims Administrator at: Rivera v. If you wish to object to the settlement, you must file a written objection and/or a Notice of Intention to Appear with the Court, and serve such objection and/or notice on Class Counsel and BSN?s Counsel by September 22, 2009 at the addresses set forth below. Any written objections and/or Notice of Intention to Appear must state: (a) the full name, address, and telephone number of the person objecting; (b) the words ?Notice of Objection? or ?Formal Objection;? and (c) in clear and concise terms, the legal and factual arguments supporting the objection. If you only object to the appropriateness or merits of the Action itself, then your objection will be deemed invalid. Class members who fail to make objections in the manner specified above will be deemed to have waived any objections and will be foreclosed from making any objections (whether by appeal or any other process) to the settlement. Only class members who file and serve timely written objections and/or Notices of Intention to Appear will be allowed to speak at the Fairness Hearing.

Liver can be kept in good shape easily. So can kidneys. Lungs arent affected. Brain is unaffected. Pancreatic function depends on the condition of your digestive
24  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: protein cycling for kidney health on: March 05, 2014, 03:16:49 PM
You want to keep your kidneys healthy? Drink lots of water and control your blood pressure. High BP is what can damage your kidneys...
If you have some extra money eat organic and stay away from processed foods. It has been proven that bioaccumulation of chemical contained in foods can lead to cancer, diabetes, genetic mutation...

Yes, this is the primary cause. Probably what took galeneiko down. Bioaccumulation of the trillions of chemicals they put in our food can be taken care of with a liver cleanse. Avoid fluoridated water (it binds to iodine receptors on the thyroid blocking iodine uptake) and there are few things that are better for your kidney than nettle leaf/root. It strengthens the tubules and vessels within the kidneys.
