Nothing ' fairly easily ' about getting a class 3 license trust me I know people who have gotten them and it can take up to a year. Forget the price
Wrongly considered to be ' assault weapons ' when in fact they weren't
It is actually fairly easy. While there are a couple of steps as I mentioned, a clear arrest history, approval by your local LE department and the ATF is just about it. As I recall the license is only about $200. Now purchasing an automatic weapon isn't cheap at all! Please don't get me wrong, not trying to start an argument on this, just trying to clear that air that "you cannot own one." Also, you are correct, unfortunately those items that classified guns as "assault weapons" were among the silliest things possible. I have never heard of a drive by bayonet-ing! Those adjustable stocks clearly make a weapon more dangerous as well!! BTW, my knowledge is based upon family being in the business. He is a FFL and gun smith, and has been since I was very young.

In the US citizens aren't allowed to own those types of weapons, anything that shoots more than 1 round per trigger pull is banned for use by non-military individuals. We have semi-automatic weapons which require a trigger pull for each round of fire.
Technically, there's no such thing as an assault rifle in the US, it's a made up term, we have semi-automatic rifles, that's it.
Not true here--you can fairly easily own an "automatic" weapon, provided you have a clear police record and acquire the appropriate licenses. BTW, during the Clinton "assault weapons" ban, semi-automatic weapons with a adjustable stock, bayonet lug, or magazine with greater than 10 rounds were considered to be "assault" weapons.

What if it was a black man?, would I still be charged then, or would a black man carrying a gun under any circumstances be widely recognised as a crime about to go down.
Clearly if he was a black man, he would be holding the handgun sidewards (thug style), robbing them for all of the postal stamps they have! Honestly, for the weekend business trip I spent in Salt Lake a few years ago, I cannot recall many blacks at all. On the other hand, there were a TON of pan handlers begging!

I understand that it can be built up within the body, but in small doses added to toothpaste and some municiple drinking water sources, aids in strengthening enamel, and in slightly higher doses is also used to treat osteoporosis.
Calcium Fluoride on the otherhand, while nearly non-toxic, is also insoluble. This insolubility makes it non-toxic unlike its fellow fluorides. Calcium fluoride in sufficient levels can cause skeletal or dental fluorosis, which weakens bone and dentition as well.
If you are really concerned by fluoride poisoning, "all natural" believers think that they can detoxify themselves of stores of it by ingesting various items.

Get charged/convicted for assault over it? Tackle/assault a law abiding citizen well within the state's rights to do what he is doing? Video link to the story. http://news.yahoo.com/video/photo-man-jc-penney-shopper-230414356.html

Tried it about two years ago. It made me super jittery (is that a word?), and felt like drinking WAY too much coffee. There was a pretty harsh crash coming off of it. BTW, they now have a new version without DMAA--not going to try it.

Looks like two old guys to me. I believe the knocked out guy was pushing the situation, and was putting his hands behind his back asking to"go ahead, hit me...I dare you." Shouldn't have put his hands behind his back. Having said that, I doubt either one would have acted like that, minus alcohol and the instigators in the crowd.
