LOL dude, it is amazing the high concept that you turds have about the importance I give to you guys.  I couldn't give a shit about my "board reputation". Don't be stupid. I will never meet any of you in real life. As long as I remain a name without a face and address attached to it, I couldn't care less. The only thing that concerns me is the charge of pedophilia with my identity attached to it. A name can be bad enough, but pictures and an address makes it much worse. That can cause me real problems in the real world and with my loved ones, and you can be damned sure that I will get a retraction for it. Adonis will regret doing this shit. I will pursue this to the end. I won't stop until I destroy him. Invading my privacy and attacking my character is not acceptable to me and I will make him feel pain for it. So you are Using more carbs to counter DNP? Why not use less DNP and eat better (cleaner carbs) and get same or better results?
This logic is like a fatman eating more chocolate so the T3 can have more fat to melt...?
Because people who use DNP are lazy fucks who don't want to put down the fork or do extra cardio thats why. Their lack of willpower is sickening

ZMA was a Balco invention by Victor Conte in the late 80's It does what it says it does. It will give you a great nights sleep and the deeper the sleep the more your body has a chance to grow from all the hard work you put in the gym. Diet and exercise are 2/3 of the formula for putting on size and strength. At least 8 hrs. is needed to get to the stage 4 rem where your body will produce igf-1 and frees up testosterone but most athletes forget about the 8* hrs. needed. This is where ZMA comes in and does its job. So If for any reason you can't get the sleep NEEDED to grow. Use ZMA and see just how important a good nights sleep is to bodybuilding.

No I wasn't. Have you any idea how long it takes to learn even ONE o-lift? I do. I teach it. One aspect of one lift could take hours. Learning one lift with proper technique takes days and thats with just using a piece of PVC before progressing to just the bar. Have you any idea of what you're talking about? If you can't do the lift with proper technique and you get the weight up...you're muscling it up. Period. The picture is an example of what I'm talking about. Would you count that lift?
If you've never competed in O-Lifts you really have no reason to teach it..One bullshit course does not substitute years of experience. Stop talking about things you know zero about.
