You do not fucking "cycle" steroids...You take enough shit to shut you down once and 99% will NEVER regain 100% production again. This may not be 100% set in stone iron clad for every single person, but you have to have this mind set going in, because it is very very likely.

You do not "cycle" steroids, you start taking steroids > you make gains > you come off steroids > they disappear. Whatever you're left with you could have gotten naturally, because you're now off, and the natural levels you keep are maintaining whatever muscle you're carrying.

No one that is anyone in any strength / bb / fitness etc etc etc where juice is necessary ever comes off..EVER..They may take a damn break which usually entails 200mg+++ a week (aka TRTx3 the average man makes 10mg's a day of test..)  because their nuts are permanently fucked from the first month of their first blast...

Once your body feels a fucking GRAM of test in 1 WEEK it will NEVER produce 100% again, it's fucked.

TRT forever after. Sick of hearing this godamn word invented by 15 year olds "cycling" no one fucking comes off wake up..

relax, when i was 20 aged a gramm was my baseline, went off entirel cold turkey no pct, all good after few months, no full recovery, but good enough, on the lower end of whats normal.

besides, ofc theres ppl who go off, they even go off training.

namely one competitor who competed at the arnolds recently, he doesnt even train,let alone juice.

and uhm a 3times amateur world champ, he don t even touch a weight 6mth of the year.

these i know for fact 100%.

and uhm levrone, didnt he do the same.

but yeah full recovery never happens and the gains you can kiss good bye obviously

You think bone structure has any role in how heavy compound movements like seated dumbbell rows affect one person's joints versus another?

Like for example I was watching The hodge twins working out with the 80's or something like that and this older dude, probably 20 years or so their senior was repping the 110's like it was nothing. He was your typical endo with the little bit of a  gut, doesn't really care about the mirror and probably has spent his whole life in the gym, just going in and moving heavier weight.

I wonder if those types have more leeway physiologically with the heavier stuff than an ecto who just busts his ass consistently in the gym, gets alot stronger but probably needs to back off the heavier weights at an earlier age simply because of bone structure?

yes, ac joint type 1,2 or 3 is very important factor, no doubt, esp on impingement, im no doctor, but a doctor explained that to me in layman terms, its very simple to understand.

the type 3 ac will cause problems eventualy if one trains + on gear, i went off gear and have much improved painless rom now.

its not ecto endo meso etc, everyone is a mix, shoulder is first and foremost ac joint type, ok one could claim inner socket has nothing to do with that, but it does.

impingement is ,when theres too little room in the joint and everything is inflamed, due to bone touching bone.

leads to all kinds of stuff, inflamed biceps tendon etc.from the impingement, going further in training is asking for disaster.

take care of the shoulder, chances are even post surgery,itll never be the same.

look at anatomic model,not ust skeleton,but how the joints and muscle flow there and are attached, if thats messed up,its shot-done.

the joints take a beating from consistent lifting, one better has his mass before 30, building later on with old joints will be very unpractical

What would be the time frame for that as an example?  That's 3 days-what about a weeks time frame?

Example:  4 weeks keto.  Next 7 days-Monday-300 carbs, Tues-50, Wed-100, Thurs-?, Fri.......?

And then back to Keto for another 4 weeks.

I really enjoy a low carb to keto diet year round.  But I also love the feeling of strength and fullness I get after a binge meal.  Would a carb week be beneficial on occasion or just stick to a massive carb day?  

hm, i try to avoid the massive 1 meals if i can, the bloodsugar crash is a bit much to handle all the time.
however, it does keep the muscle glycogen full for about a whole week,or , until every muscle was worked once, this can be seen as positive or negative.
how the weekly pattern looks, i do it like this, the day im very depleted, as in, flat and very weak, ill have 300-400carbs.
the next day,ill have either 50 or 200.(depending on how much water was gained)
then averaging on 0-100 for 2-3 days,then the 300-400 again.

but this is when already lean anyway, to get there, stricly from dieting down perspective, would have half the carbs.
btw i keep the protein low on the higher carb days,like 100gramms, it seems to keep down stomach bloat.

and yeah, the 1 thing to get shredded fastest realy is fasted training,its so radical nothing i ever tried comes close.

yeah brother, you observe the bloat and adapt the calories, the no eat if not hungry rule is the best and most important thing ever,

however, rest assured the maximum muscle size is gained with maximum calorie intake, but that makes ppl very fat etc.

it depends on how much you want gain, if its serious serious mass, a bulk will be mandatory,but higher doses will be too.

but i gather you onloy want solid 20-30lbs over extended period of time with leans, so yeah dont overdo the foods.

and dont have the same calories every day, dont get stuck on that idea, the body will have diferent caloric needs every day, hell every hour even, cant just say so and so much cals every day, it depends on (over)training state, recovery state, how much glycogen is in the system(youll find, the more is stored the less cals you need and vice versa).

let yourself be led by the hunger feeling, not by the clock.
sure you could eat 30gr protein all 3 hrs but its not needed to be so overly precise.
it will happen that hunger comes back very soon after a meal, sometimes even after 20minutes, just wait till 3hrs have passed between meals if this happens.
the apetite will increase to weird levels youll see, but keep in mind its all the brain being greedy, if it happens that you eat a whole buffet of shit foods, enojoy that,if you cant stop it, dont worry, but be prepared for a long fast afterwards,with several hunger attacks in the meanwhile.

the bigger the meal, the bigger the bloodsugar crash(hunger sensation)will be.

as long you stick to training hard(smartly), the dietary protein and no going off, you are guaranteed to gain those 20lbs easy easy in 1 year.we talking clearly leaner and clearly bigger.

the carbs, treat them like this, when you feel and know yure depleted, at this point, you can even eat 200-300gramm pure sugar at once, wont make you fat.otherwise,it will,obviously.
if you want do a crab up, you can try clean ones or everything goes, keep it to 1 meal, not 1 day, i eel i whole day does big big damage as far water retention goes, well atleast compared to 1 meal.
or you can just cycle the carbs, you know, when deplete, have 300gr, net day 50, then 100, just any random number,but dont go over 300, and keep the average as low as realisticaly possible.
after bigger carb days, next day you look fuller,maybe same day depends how fast theyre stored,the day after you will look worse,then half the carbs and shoudl look better the followup day,etc,youll see patterns.

fats, use them like this, moderately, if a meal has plenty fats, make sure the carbs on that meal are low.
and vice cersa.
fat gets stored quite immediately, but also gets used as energy very fast.

the body is in general, always in fatbuning state, ie, laying around, walking, sleeping.
it only burns carbs during exercising.

when youre consistenlty low on cals, even small amount of carbs will make you feel like youre exploding, this is due to extremly sensitive insulin sensitivity.
if youre consistently high on cals and carbs in particular, that exploding sensation will FAST fade away, the insulin sensitivity goes down the toilet extremy fast, 50% in 4 days also recovers at similiar rate its a fair deal.

why im mentioning this is, dont get stuck into the thinking "I need" so and so carbs amount, the body always adapts,with tendency to wanting more.

dont worry about undereating at times, a day has passed and youre at merely 1000cals and dont even feel like eating?protein isnt on daily goal yet?
dont worry, the next binge will eventualy happen and you make up for that there Grin

the apetite thing cna be realy realy bad and hard to overcome, literaly after a meal where your stomach is almost exploding,you are feeling apetite again.wait it out,its only apetite,not hunger,
but sometimes, youll feel it, the body will need a sandwich or burger.usualy when going low carbs for long and the clean food doesnt fill up no matter what, where drinking water dont halp anymore etc.
then have the sandwich,or chocolate, something calorie dense.but be prepared mentaly for the sugar rush, or it ends in a binge.

id always before meals, have a coffee or water.
then start with salad,then the protein sourcs and then the carbs.

ts weird, even just the resting can do this, there was days where i didnt have any food for 24hrs, but didnt work out for 2 days, and then boom, epic workout.

the worst workouts seem when too little sleep was the case, no matter how much food, its always bad.

I was playing my first match on clay after years of hard exclusively. I also serve and volley and did not have a good day obviously. I also beat players ranked as high as 600something so .. but with me it was always concentration: I focused and played well or it was a white wash ... attacking non stop on a bad day is a recipe for disaster  Grin especially with a good returner on clay.

As I said, I got beat badly in those three matches but they do not stand out in my mind as defining for all the matches I ever played obviously. It is no shame in losing by the way.

If anyone has an issue with my "level" and wants to challenge me to prove I am a hack, put some money on it and let's go  Wink
its not too bad, i mean federer i think was once destroyed by nadal 6:0 6:3 6:0, something like that, this doesnt make federer a bad player Grin

Does aromatised dianabol show up as estrogen? Same sides but I have no idea if it would show up as E2

i see fatties and bloaties with low estrogen readings, oh well, itll be some other female hormone then.

anyone who read a scientifical book will know that bbuilders estrogen, androgen talk is merely scratching the surface, the community knows fuck all about hormones in general.

i dont say i know, but damn when i read those books i realized we know nothing, its way too complicated.

however lethargy can come from 100 things, low estrogen being one.but its typical for when stsrting gear, lethargy can be an issue.
maybe its just slighter harder training and the body hasnt adapted to the ectra needs in recovery.

can work the other way too, when coming off ogear and the workouts are a joke compared to before, you feel like newborn all day at times.

and yeah estrogen and progesteron reading from this day dont mean much, the trend, tendency are more important.

its easy,if the body needs rest,give it rest.

i must say though that some best workouts been on lethargic days, after warmup, suddenly youre superman

Is it better to take it all in one dose or break it up into multiple doses throughout the day? or does it not make a difference?

My friend has 10mg pills. He's planning on doing 30mgs a day.
hm can have all before workout somehrs before, or 3 small doses a day for stable hormone levels, but if one runs an injectable with it dont see why use 3 doses.

as for how long to run it, well, do a bloodwork test after 4 and 8weeks.

if liver values are somewhere double the normal upper limit, go off
