Yeah it's heaps better now. I think I just wasn't used to it and started on a pretty high dosage. The tins of pineapple in syrup also work really well. Ipamorelin looks really good so I might have that next time along with GHRP6, taking it at night and the GHRP6 when I need to eat.
Tendinitis has gone altogether which is awesome, pretty decent effects for day 3 imo. Does GHRP6 really offer no benefit after 1ug/kg? If so I'm taking more than twice the dose I need to. Wondering what study this suggestion is based off as well...

Thanks, I am using GHRP6 because I'm a pussy that won't eat. Been able to chuck down the McDoubles now so I really like it. The hypo sides are not that bad that I feel I have to reduce the dosages, just would be nice to manage them a little. I'm taking 200ug 3x a day. Morning, lunch, post-training

I recently started taking the peptide hormones GHRP6 and CJC1295. I was just wondering if local injection was beneficial with these? I have so far been just pinning into the area below my belly button 3x a week. Any advantage at all to localized injections?
I compete in powerlifting and strongman so take these more for the recovery benefits they give. I can eat heaps, get great sleep, my tendinitis is gone and I have a torn psoas that is now well on the mend. I know they are not like steroids or just taking GH and both of these are very expensive in Australia but these cost me just over $100 a month and the effects are awesome and exactly what I want. I know some places are like "just juice" or "just take GH" so wanted to clear that up.
I've also been getting a little hypoglycemic 20-30mins after pinning. Any suggestions to stop that? Obviously I eat like crazy after about 30 mins but it can take up to an hour for the hypoglycemia to go away after eating. I don't know if it is hypoglycemia as I haven't tested my blood sugar. I know gh15 likes those little tins of pineapple juice when you're on GH so was wondering if necking a few of them 30 mins after injection would be good?
Thanks as always

I like a close or shoulder width under hand grip myself. I feel my lats much better. I really do not believe that a wide over hand grip gives you wider, better lats ( it is harder that is true). Although the Biceps are activated in under grip chins the range of motion is better bringing your elbows back and if you can bring yourself as high as possible bringing your chest to the bar and lean back..this stimulates your lats..i got this idea from Vince gironda.
The function of the lats is to pull the arm back, they will be activated the most with the elbows passing as near to the torso as possible and the elbows being driven as far back as possible. So really that's the grip you want to pick, the one that allows you to push your elbows back the farthest and be near to the torso. Anything wider than a little over shoulder width will increase upper back work. Yate's explained it well in Blood and Guts

Great work, but those weren't regular pull ups. Those are great and I include them in my training as well, but the neutral grip gives you much better leverage than the double overhand grip. To give you a point of reference, back when I could only do a single rep with +70 lbs on the double overhand pull ups, I could get +100 for a couple with a neutral or palms facing me grip. I like them because they allow me to progress in weight faster

I doubt you're overtraining I've been doing a high frequency routine for the past 3 months, lifting a max in the squat, push press and deadlift every day I do not feel overtrained, I am not tired or fatigued, I am not sore either. In fact I feel very refreshed and energised and if I take an off day I am always itching to lift.
Everyone has an intuitive idea of what "recovery" means and how "hard work" relates to that, so I understand why people are skeptical -- I know I was when I first really considered the idea -- but in truth, I've always found the intuitive notions to be...well, not so intuitive. If you think about it (and I mean really think about it, without the lifetime of dogma interfering), there's really nothing outrageous about training hard once or even twice a day, every day. The "you can't do that!" response is more a matter of perspective and tradition than any real biological reason.
Daily training isn't a year-round thing for me as I have no reason to do it without end, but it remains a tool in my kit -- and more importantly, even when I'm not lifting daily, I still find that my mentality is no longer centered on the question "what can't I do?", which in my ever so humble opinion is far more important than the program or method you choose.
