there are apprantly guys here who weight 250lbs shredded! Yes, that's right, shredded who eat whatever they want... The bullshit never ends... yet these guys post a pic of themselves and take it down 5 minutes late to create the lockness effect

why wont you answer if you will fight avesher on Jan 28
