Here's what I would do. With the caffeine and ephedrine, add 25-50mg of geranium, 5-10mg of yohimbe, about 45 minutes before your workout 3 grams of l-tyrosine. L-tyrosine is an amino acid that increases dopamine levels in the brain and makes the other stims stronger. 2.5mg of vinpocetine with your pre workout meal can work nicely as well.
I've added the above with a serving of no shotgun and 50mcg of clen. (only when I was near the end of a cutting cycle)
