look great. Hope you don't lose sight of the classic look and get all gutted up. If we had more guys looking like u I think bodybuilding would be a lot more popular again. Also, how do u know so much American slang?  U don't seem to talk or write like a European or brit or wherever u r from.

guy in the 2nd place could  have won the class if he was little more tighter.he was lean enough but i think could not carb up right or may be went over board with diuretics.u can see water shaking in his gluts and hams tie.i would say very close call for judges.you look few weeks out big man.lucky to get away with it.

As you say halo has made a difference in a week mate.posing stage presence etc last week was brilliant my only criticism was condition and I mean no disrespect saying that.
You have fantastic lines and balance and at local level your shape carries you but the next level means you are competing with similar type physiques.

nail your condition and you would be a very hard man to beat.

You may have to start counting calories to make those fine adjustments that are necessary to push yourself to the next level.
Something you may not wish to do but something you might have to do to get the results you deserve.

I was at the show in the Ulster Hall Ronan  with the  class 2 winner John Martini, I was the wee bald fella back stage.you looked absolutely fantastic & still 2 weeks to go to the hercules show.excellent shape, symmetry, proportions & balance.Ronan is an absolute gentleman and very humble.
I was there supporting my mate john but was very impressed with Ronan's 'old school' physique.what I believe bodybuilding is all about, and what I wished I looked like.
I commented on how much tighter you looked in that photo yesterday, and said  what a surprise a week had made.

Now after this you better accept me as a friend on facebook.lol.
