they look easy to make with a soft ball

1 week  yates hit routine,2nd week yates hit routine plus fst7 on each muscle trained per day.3rd week medium weight high reps x 5 sets. 12,15 upper bod ,15 to 20 lower bod x 5 sets.any views on my workout routine?

any 1 have views on using fast acting carb pre work out with protein shake,as advised in bodybuilding.com.i all ways use fast acting carb and protein post workout ?

hi my doc says that i have gout.can any 1 help me with a good nutrition plan to keep size on my frame,before i turn in to a dame,and most important get rid of this gout.from a big meat eater.

hi i,ve recently been diagnosed with r,arthuritus.i,ve used steroids and gh,insulin in the past,but been clean for 6 mths and still kept my metal up.question is can i re use enhancements drugs again,or will it make my r,arthuritus worse? if ok whats the best to use and worst to keep away from? 

im in decent mass now,just maintain size,and lean and tighten up.skin that is.

hi,ive been bodybuilding now for 15 yrs,i have recently been for a blood test .and have been diagnosed with rumatoid arthritis due to my work.ive been using dorian yates training routine,heavy weight low reps to failure..,,question is do i continue this routine,or switch to another style of training?the pains in most of my knees and ankles when cold  in temperature. do i stop and drop?passion of metal

hi ,i was watching a v.t and a well know bb claims that if you use a fast acting carb directly after training.it will stop your natural growth hormone working,and that he suggest using a good source of whey protein and bc of a.a only.then 25mins later have some carbs .any ones views on this plz?

help me.hi took a shot of tesst 400 mix with deca 2ml combined yesterday,woke up a.m for a pee,my urine is burning and is formed really thick white and almost grainy sand to the touch.aint got a fever/but dont want to explain to my local gp.that i,ve been using steroids.this is my 3rd injection in 2wks.any suggestions?
