It's not slo-motion bro. Big Down Hill really does punch that slow lol Could be an issue with Flash. You could muck around a bit at Adobe's website and try to update / correct your Flash, or you could go with YouTube's HTML5 beta.

valid point. the universe is set up in a manner so that the strong and the productive live longer and breed more. energy is given to those who use it well. those who are inferior to others in some way die off. constant improvement in the gene pool. trying to stop poor people and diseased people from dying is trying to mess with the system.
Brutal simplification of evolution / "the universe", let alone applying that to social and healthcare policy. Evolution entails far more than simply the "survival of the fittest," hth.

Is there one and if there is, what is it?
Poor people fuck more. The afluent fuck less. The poor wrecklessly fuck without any regard....FACT...Thus creating more people. The rich either plan it, or "take care of it".
There are exceptions to these rules.
I don't care about the rich fucks. I'd like to know about the poor. Why do they engage in this wreckless behavior? Survival of the species perhaps?
Class, culture, religion (birth control, I'm looking at you), and definitely education.

Good post right there. Are non-competes really unenforceable in California modulo the few exceptions you list? Interesting.
Yeah they can only be used in very, very narrow situations. The state is philosophically against them, so even if you work for a Delaware or NY company in Cal, it's not going to suddenly hold up on that basis. The trade secret exception was a recent development, coming out of a court case, and it's nice for me, as I'm an IP / corp type of lawyer so it's an extra layer of protection for my clients. The ownership and partnership scenarios have been around for awhile and make sense...you need to be able to provide assurances to the buyer / partners that you're not going to undermine the value of the good will that they're acquiring in the entity's name etc...

You clearly signed the contract, and barring some highly unlikely language that explicitly stated that it had to be hand delivered and (possibly) no counterparts etc... it's also going to be considered "delivered." Sorry for the blah blah blah blah. But as others pointed out, enforcing it is an entirely different matter. There can be some nuances depending upon where you live, but at worst there might be a non-compete keeping you away from the same industry for a portion of time, and you would have mentioned that by now. Non-competes are virtually unenforceable in many jurisdictions anyway (including here in California, unless you're selling a partnership stake or a few other small exceptions, such as when trade secrets are relevant). Don't be a dick and just work things out with them.

The Tea Party is precisely what destroyed the party. They not only are kicking out old school Republicans who actually had decent things to say, they are kicking out reason for a social agenda that reeks of the 1950s.
Why would anyone vote for people who think women should be forced Trans-Vaginal Probes so they can see their fetus after they were raped?
The Tea Party are mental cowards and deserve to lose every single time.
Yes, I agree with this, and I doubt the GOP can self-correct. I've said it before....the Tea Party started as a thinly guised money saving opportunity for the Kochs, but it's taken on a life of its own. The fact that Romney couldn't stand up and unequivocally denounce those pre-historic comments about abortion showed that he'd probably remain in the hip pocket of the fringe. All he had to do...all he had to do...was move to the center-right immediately after the somewhat prolonged primary season, and come completely clean about his tax history, for better of worse. The far right and Bible thumpers would have stuck with him as the lesser of two evils, and he could have gone after independents, women and latino voters.
