front squats are great but to really tax your legs, heavy leg press, Barbell squats and Deadlifts i like. It really is a challenge Lifting up a heavy bar with heavy weight and you can´t deny it works pretty much every muscle. you can get good legs with heavy leg press (with a good machine) .. changing wide and narrow foot stances. I squat with a Close and narrow foot Position and i think i see a difference. Each to their own Men.

Okay, as with everyone else here there is no way he is natural. End of story. My question is how does he manage not to get caught when he does the NGA and OCB shows? I have done both the NGA and OCB, and I know they give you a lie detector test and if you win your class a piss test.
