It's all relative.

Look at the commenters. Not exactly Chippendales dancers.

A symptom of the liberal mental illness is the adherence to the concept of "Moral Relativism."

If you're part of what is perceived to be the oppressed class, you can be held to no standards; whereas, the oppressor class is held to impossible standards.

Notice how what Brown did: the robbing, the assaulting the store worker and the breaking of the cop's face is shrugged off as minor.

Meanwhile, the cop is supposed to let himself be beaten to a pulp without responding.

How (and Why) Athletes Go Broke
by PABLO S. TORRE

• By the time they have been retired for two years, 78% of former NFL players have gone bankrupt or are under financial stress because of joblessness or divorce.

• Within five years of retirement, an estimated 60% of former NBA players are broke.

• Numerous retired MLB players have been similarly ruined, and the current economic crisis is taking a toll on some active players as well. Last month 10 current and former big leaguers--including outfielders Johnny Damon of the Yankees and Jacoby Ellsbury of the Red Sox and pitchers Mike Pelfrey of the Mets and Scott Eyre of the Phillies--discovered that at least some of their money is tied up in the $8 billion fraud allegedly perpetrated by Texas financier Robert Allen Stanford. Pelfrey told the New York Post that 99% of his fortune is frozen; Eyre admitted last month that he was broke, and the team quickly agreed to advance a portion of his $2 million salary.

Wow interesting theory

thank you for your contribution

x2

The thumb shot strikes me as inconsistent with someone who had his hands over his head. Why would the cop aim that high?

Moreover, if he were running away, his arms would've been bent, with his thumbs unexposed.
5  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Michael Brown - Discuss the facts and the truth on: August 19, 2014, 11:30:42 AM
Does this mean CASE CLOSED? Xrays coming out of Ferguson Hospital show that the cop had an Orbital Blowout. For those of you from Rio Linda...that's a broken eye socket from being hit really hard in the face. I know about this injury first hand. I was hit so hard I had to have my contact lens surgically removed.

If this is the case then the cop was protecting his own life.

Again...If, and may I repeat "if", this is the case then all those self pitying hate mongers, blacks/white liberals/media. should go home and ask their Higher Power for forgiveness.

No, what you'll see is the Liberal Mental Illness exposed to an even greater degree.

The cop and white people in general will be blamed for inciting such anger in this fine young man.

Adonis....its impossible for any town to have that amount of criminals.  The arrest warrant rate is highly suspicious.

You're assuming it's one arrest per. The guy in NYC who got choked by a cop had over 30 arrests and he was 43 years old.

Given the location of the city, my guess is that it's filled with reject troublemakers from St. Louis.
7  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Michael Brown - Discuss the facts and the truth on: August 19, 2014, 05:22:14 AM
yes good please explain his to me.

heres a pic of the forensic expert who did the autopsy. I'm sure he would be curious about it too.

The explanation is that the picture, which has been shown by many media outlets, has been presented out of context:

The Associated Press

Michael Brown is pictured in this Facebook photo dated January 5, 2013. (Big’mike Jr Brown/Facebook)

A pathologist hired by the family of an unarmed Missouri teenager fatally shot by police says a bullet wound to his arm may have happened when he put his hands up, “but we don’t know.”

The clothes are the same.   You are only considering the evidence that confirms your bias.  You need to believe that this was a young brotha stuck down by an evil  racist white cop.   Now that the video is out you need to find a reason to dismiss it in order to maintain the innocence crucial to your narrative.

The left has gotten so desperate to control the narrative which has spiraled out of control that they've resorted to stealing the plot of "My Cousin Vinny" and have applied it to this case.

Just a matter of time before this man's services are retained.

That is all I needed to see

I posted that pic on another forum and a loony lib said it had nothing to do with the incident involving the cop.

This is the level of mental illness you're dealing with.

So, the cop knew about the robbery and should've had a description of the perp.

This is a very small city, 21k people.

Why on earth wouldn't the cop have suspected Brown?

The media is GUILTY of creating a race war.

The liberals in the media who defended this guy are getting more moronic by the second, questioning whether it mattered that he robbed a store. Rofl.

Meanwhile, none of these champions of civil rights would want to live within 200 miles of this Beautiful Boy.
13  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: This is just too good!!!!!! AHAHAH on: August 18, 2014, 04:16:22 AM

That wearing pants low thing has to be the dumbest fashion trend of all time. Amazing that it has continued for so long.

Not only does it look ridiculous, but it's functionally inefficient, as you can't run away from the cops.
14  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: The truth about "my beautiful boy" Michael Brown on: August 17, 2014, 03:07:41 PM
Once Al Sharpton and company learn about that and the robbery, they will slowly try to pack up and act like nothing happened.

The police did that neighborhood a favor and they destroy it as a result.  Crazy.

The same thing recently happened here, in NYC.

During an arrest, a cop choked a guy who looked very much like this beautiful boy. The guy ended up dying. Sharpton threatened massive protests, then, it came out that the guy had 30+ arrests on his record.

Things quickly quieted down.
15  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Live Feeds of the Riots. on: August 17, 2014, 04:12:37 AM
to b honest i never understood their logic behind burning down their own neighborhoods n stores n houses ???when i was little, back in 68 or so there where riots going on not far from my home in newark, new jersey. the people rioting started burning their own shit up,stores/houses/buses ect, id figure maybe they would go n burn down other neighborhoods, not their own Roll Eyes

It's not their businesses they're burning. Most of these people are wards of the state. This is a way to try and get more from the government.
16  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: zane at 72 on: August 14, 2014, 03:10:52 PM
As I said, just my opinion... Take a Zane standing there without twisting, standing actualy relaxed and see how impressed you are, he lacked mass and what i would call beautiful muscle bellies or an amazing skelatal shape

What he did have was amazing conditioning and artistic and clever posing...

I'm pretty impressed:

17  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: zane at 72 on: August 14, 2014, 01:23:19 PM
got to admit,,, along with chris dickerson and franko,,, probly one of the shittest bodybuilders to win the O...

thats just my opinion, buit his lack of size wasnt made up for with an amazing shape..... not in the sence of a paris for example

Paris not in Zane's league.

If Zane were competing, today, with today's gear, he'd be owning Heath and Kai the same way he owned Bertil Fox and Roy Callender.

19  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Are fat people actually real people? on: August 14, 2014, 06:08:02 AM
In one of his Youtubes, Leroy Colbert says, "If eating an egg is making you fat, eat half an egg."

It's as easy as that, in theory.

Executing that strategy in an era of unprecedented food availability and multi-million dollar ad campaigns designed to make us eat as much as possible, it's very hard. Thus, the 95% failure rate.
20  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Are fat people actually real people? on: August 14, 2014, 05:40:38 AM
I watched the BBC show "Secret Eaters" on youtube, a show about obese people who couldn't understand why they were overweight.  The show had the participants keep a diary before the show had private investigators start monitoring them.  Almost every one of them did not keep an accurate diary.  Most of them had in their journal that they only ate around 3000 calories a day.

The show then had the private investigators follow them around without their knowing it and kept track of every thing they ate.  What they found was that the person usually ate 4000, 5000, 6000+ calories a day, not the 3000 calories they reported in their diaries.

So yes,  the average person can not accurately keep track of what they are eating.  They lie to themselves for whatever reason...most likely food addiction.

On a personal level I have noticed that thin people do indeed eat less.

Way back when, I used to listen to Howard Stern. Occasionally, he'd have a fat person on the show, and, he would invariably ask them what they had eaten that day or the day before. The fat person would always say he had a salad and nothing else.

After awhile, it became a running joke that fat people got that way eating air.
21  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Are fat people actually real people? on: August 14, 2014, 03:59:57 AM
Well, you are an anecdotal example and do not represent the majority of people that diet. You are part of the 5% who were fat and dieted and kept it off. The 95% regain the weight and more. That is a fact.

My conclusion is that if you have the genes for efficiently storing fat then you are doomed if you live in a modern Western culture. You will be fat.

I happen to agree with you.

Here's why 95% of the people gain it back:

Permanent behavioral change is really hard. Most don't have the motivation and will to make that change and stick with it.
22  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Are fat people actually real people? on: August 13, 2014, 03:27:32 PM

No one wants to think of himself as mentally weak. Of course, this is the case with most fatsos. So, they're forever fabricating narratives which attribute their fatness to everything except mental weakness.

IMO, banging a fat broad shouldn't even count as getting laid.

So, over a half year in and let's see where we are:

Cesaro - Completely fell off a cliff. Doesn't even have match at Summerslam.

Wyatt - Feuding with Jericho, but, IMO, the character is getting a bit stale. Recently got a "what" heckle from fans during a promo.

Rollins - Feuding with Ambrose, aligned with HHH, but hasn't really taken off since the Shield breakup.

Reigns - Still on course to be the man, but still hasn't shown mic skills good enough to shut up detractors. My guess is that Vince is having second thoughts.

Ambrose - IMO, the most over of the group. The fans have really bought into what he's doing both in the ring and on the mic.
25  Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Fortress on Iron Radio talking about Heath's "Fart Powder" = EPIC on: August 11, 2014, 02:37:19 PM
did he applaud heath for getting his own supplement line just like cutler, haney, arnold, yates, coleman and others have been before him and rather than bringing out a protein concentrate heath choosed an isolate which in many ways is superior?

Actually, he pilloried Heath for continuing the tradition of deceit from bodybuilders who promote products which have virtually no effect on how they look.

It was a good show, and, is a good podcast, much better than Layne Norton's snoozefest.
