When I was in high school, this really fat kid named Steven sat at my table in social studies class. Always felt bad for him because he never had any friends. Anyways one day we were talking and there was this new burger place that opened across from the school and since he always ate lunch by himself, I invited him to come with me and my friends the next day.

For whatever reason, I totally forgot about our lunch appointment the next day and went somewhere else. Total douchebag move because I know he was so excited that somebody reached out to him. The next Monday, I saw him at school and he sad he went to the burger joint and waited by himself for me to show. I felt awful, I really did, and I told him lunch would be on me the next day. Somehow, that day never came. I just kinda blew it off and never prioritized making that right with him.

That moment always stuck with me. I try to make it a habit of paying for strangers food in restaurants or places if I see people who look sad, or down on their luck. I think of Steven every time.

I plan to find Steven one day, the fat kid who I stood up on a burger date 10 years ago, and help encourage his obesity issue by taking him out for a burger and fries. When that day comes, I will take pics and post them on GetBig.

You've got pretty damn good arms and shoulders, thick traps and overall quite a lot of muscle but "bloated mess" actually hits the nail on the head in this case.

Not trying to be rude, just some honest advice coming from someone who did go the same route back when I started bodybuilding.

Lose some weight(especially water), lower the dose and do something about that gyno and acne on your back.. at least if looking good and like a bodybuilder is your goal.

This just does not look good and you don't look like 24 at all, more like mid 30s.

If you'd lose about 50lbs you would not only look a lot better in all regards (esp. face) but you would also look more impressive as in more muscular... and to be honest if your back is covered with zits like that then no matter how "big" it is it will never look asthetic... I bet that everyone thinks you're just a fat pig when you're walking around in regular clothes.

Once again I don't mean to be rude or offend you, I'm just telling you what I see there... could post a pic of my face when I was a fucking bloated 235lbs and you'd know where I'm coming from .. been there (without the acne and gyno though, never had problems with my skin and only very very little gyno problems).
