due to you leaning fwd, your traps, delts and upper arms look good. But the bottom of your belly gives an appearance of chunky. And the tats don't help...
yea i know...im honestly not that bloated normally but i literally just got done eating like 5000 calories of junk right before the pic. yea tats suck young and dumb man.

everytime i try and get ripped, i end up just looking small. i think it has to with the fact that i'm a fucking midgit. i was getting pretty lean a few weeks ago. my six pack was coming back and all of that, but i just felt small and weak. i have sinced upped the calories and put on about 10 lbs. i am aiming for about 10 more with this same condition.

Hey guys I am thinking of competing again. First and only show was 7 years ago at age 20. I have been training hard for the last year and want to give the stage one last shot. I know how to diet for a show but I am really unsure and how to properly run a pre-contest cycle. For my first show I basically listened to whatever my training partner had to say. If I do is I want to win and don't want to leave anything on the table. So my proposed stack would be something like this: 10 week cycle 1-4: 500 mgs test prop per week 350 mgs tren ace per week 50 mgs proviron per day 5-6: 500 mgs test prop per week 350 mgs tren ace per week 50 mgs proviron per day 7-8: 250 mgs test prop per week 500 mgs tren ace per week 350 mgs mast prop per week 50 mgs proviron per day 9: 700 mgs tren ace per week 500 mgs mast prop per week 75 mgs proviron per day 10: 700 mgs tren ace per week 700 mgs mast prop per week 100 mgs proviron per day 150 mgs drol per day
I also need some advice on those last 2 or 3 weeks of contest prep. For instance, when do I drop my water? When do I drop my carbs? When do I carb up? Thanks for the help. Pic from my first show attached.

I'm running var for the first time at 100 mgs a day along with 500 mgs of test cyp. I got the var for free from a source otherwise I wouldn't be running such a high dose as it can get expensive. To the op, I am loving it. It has been 3 weeks and I am leaner and growing at the same time. Strengh is up, vascularity, leanness, fullness, everything. NPP is one of my favorites also. Ran that with test prop and loved it too. Give var a try along with some test.

Do you and your old man swap chics too ? my old man used to hate meeting my girls when he went for a piss and was embarrassed in his old school y-fronts,,,lol
My old man is 68 but looks better than most getbiggers. And we don't swap but he always tells me to send my girl upstairs to his room when im done lol.

calipers are ok to measure progress, but not much else.
op, if you cut out the bananas, the oats before bed and the weekly cheatmeal(make it a cheatmeal every forthnight),youll get rid of that last bits of fat you got.

shouldnt be any fatter. start dieting a bit. thats 8%, but 4-6weeks out  Diet is clean...nothing but chicken, ground turkey, brown rice, broccoli, eggs and bananas for the last couple of weeks. One big ass cheat meal a week...o and a bowl of cereal before bed lol.

we are totally opposite. He has a stocky white guy structure and a huge frame.... I'm built like a track star with tiny joints and hips i look very athletic....with that comes narrow clavicles, you just cant tell cause Ive put on so much muscle in my side and rear delts.

I have been in the gym for years now. I feel like I need some AAS to push past this plateau. I have 12 week cycle consisting of test E and d bols.
Heres my question. How bad are the sides from a simple cycle. I am 6.2 and currently weight 263 with roughly 20% bf. Maybe less but certainly no more. I use to work out just for fun but now I am very interested in BB as a hobby only. I have a passion for sculpting my body now. I look forward to your advice. Thanks
Hey buddy welcome. In my honest opinion, and this is the general consensus here on getbig, you are too fat to get on that type of cycle. If you have a passion for bodybuilding, focus on your diet and training right now, and try and get to about 12 or 13 percent naturally. Diet and training are absolutely vital to any cycle. If these two things are not perfect, or close to, you will just get even fatter. Test E and especially dbol retain a lot of water. And if you are at 20 percent, your diet is not where it needs to be. Get that straight, focus on eating right and once you are comfortable with that, and you have lost some of that fat naturally, then get on your cycle.

true, today, while i did my 10minutes cardio after weights i browsed an older flex mag, where eating.offseason phil heath and cutler trained chest.
they looked like absolute shits.
and its simply bc of their off season diet, not offseason drugs.
to get competition shredded diet has to be clean, and to stay lean year round,a diet will have to be close to a comp cutting diet than to offseason everything.it is what it is.
theres so many ppl on so much juice who look like they dont even train(eat way too little and train like pussies),then theres the many permabulkers(eat too much).goes to show diet is essential.
dieting sucks,its not fun,its mentaly and physicaly draining,but theres no way around it,even on t3 and efedrina,one still has to watch what he eats.
i mean,what do some ppl think, by how much is metabolism rate increased on these drugs?in calories.
maybe 500 a day.thats nice, but thats 1 mcdonalds burger on top of the usual diet.basically nothing.
Yes sir. Perfect example: there's a guy at the gym I just joined who is an obvious user judging by the terrible acne all over his back and shoulders. Everytime I see him in the gym he is training chest and arms. So yea, he's got decent arms and chest, but is narrower than Phil and has a gut and no legs. Acne can be avoided with clean diet. I have been running high amounts of test for 4 months and have never gotten one pimple on my back or shoulders. He looks like total shit and I just laugh when I see him. I am running 800 mgs of test and am lean and ripped. Clean diet will do that no matter what you are running IMO.

yeah i wont adress the cases one by one, but it goes like this:
when a guy comes of deca and dbol stack,he will hold water,look fatter than he is. same guy continues with say masteron and winny,same diet,he will quickly lose couple lbs of weight.thatll be water, not fat.he will be just as fat, just look leaner bc those steroids dont convert to estrogen.
thats all there is, ppl can try for themselves and eat 2 large pizzas a day and 3 mcdonalds meals on the severly overrated and misunderstood tren and see what happens.
ppl just dont wanna hear that you have to diet strictly and train hard and maybe do bit cardio, they so lazy they dont even wanna HEAR how it is, let alone do it themselves.
if it was so easy, theres enough gear available for sure, everyone would walk around looking jacked.the truth is, most walk around bloofy with not much more on their natural frames than some steroid bloat.
and theres no magical point of dosage where any steroid will make monsters overnight.
Right on gal. Diet dictates everything. There is no cutting steroid and there is no bulking steroid, only steroids that work better at acheiving different goals. If one were to take deca and dbol, and follow a strict diet with intense training, that person can get ripped. I have done it before.

I ran mast prop at 300 mgs a week along with bayer proviron at 50 mgs a day for like 8 weeks. My hairline seemed to have receded a little bit, but once I got off the mast, it went back to normal. My sex drive was insanely high and my dick was hard 24/7. I have been running proviron for like 3 months straight though because I love the dick hardness and the huge nuts I bust while on it
