I avoid weddings unless its close family... When I get an invite, I send a card back saying I cant go, and I include a check for 75.00 - 100.00
(Depending on how much I like the people).
Yes, potatoes are good food for us normal folk... (Unless you're a fat sack of rags)... Eat them up...
If youre a dieting bodybuilder, do 2 things:
1. Don't eat potatoes
2. Kill yourself

It's a demonstration sport at this years Olympics. Ben Weider didn't succeed in introducing bodybuilding, but managed to get this one in.....
Ben "Schmoe Brother" Weider... Olympics, what a fool... (He just did it (the Olympic crap) to travel the world and hang with big-shots so he can build up his Napolean collection).. What a douche.. |

I already built the forum and its currently running right now. I'm using PHPBB however for the forum software as its my preferred choice. I already have a shared server as I needed one for my ecommerce websites and upgraded last year so I have plenty of space. There's a few people there posting including Avesher but I'm working hard to build up the traffic there. I simply want to have a place to post my own stuff along with a more expanded business site along with not having to be censored by supplement companies that sponsor the majority of sites out there
Billy was going to be a global moderator and help build up traffic along with wanting to air the in's and out's of RX Muscle and the Wack Pack. Plus I thought that me and him teaming up again would be great....sort of like Special Ed and Blockhead.
